No I don't think that it is the right time to sell our BTC's.As we all are noticing regular drops in it's price so by selling at such low prices we will only face loss.So just keep holding your BTC's and wait for it to rise so that you can sell your BTC's at some good price in order to get maximum out of your investments. If you are a Bitcoin believer then instead of selling you can go for investing a bit more because the price is low and we should not leave this golden opportunity to invest in such a finest investment asset at these low rates.

Prices are around the dip so it's not meaningful to sell your coins at the moment. Better times will come to crypto markets for sure. Panicking and selling your coins and BTC for such low prices is not recommended by the experienced community members clearly. It's not right time to sell.

from the historical data of bitcoin . you can find it is the highest price , from December to January . bitcoin is now stuck in a bear market . its price is almost at the bottom . instead , we should invest in it now .
I read the information, which says that the finance from Wall Street can appear on the crypto-currency market. This suggests that the Securities and Exchange market may be engaged in the purchase of crypto currency, so Bitcoin can be a very good argument for investors.

This topic started form last year when the value of bitcoin was still high. Now it was below of our expectation, Up to this time of year, there are no significant raise for the price and it is clearly not a good time to sell bitcoin. Because of the great potential, there are a lot of hope, and guys just hang in there.

Yes, this is the December topic. If you ask the same question right now, I will answer you: no, do not even think about selling Bitcoin this time. You will lose really very much. Try to be more patient to hold it.

Do you think it will be the best time to sell as there are two kind of speculations one says the value of bitcoin will reach $20,000 by 2018 and there are also speculations that the bitcoin might go through a dump in upcoming days but i know we cannot believe into random predictions by random users due to the volatility of bitcoin but i need some suggestions whether to hold on to bitcoin or sell it out and invest some of it into altcoins and then wait for the price drop to reinvest into bitcoin which i am not sure will happen or not.
You can see that the price of bitcoin after recovering to $ 6600 level is now showing signs of slowing down, I think you should sell 50% of the bitcoin you own at this point. I think the bitcoin price will probably come back to the $ 7000 mark but the market is in a bear market in the long run and the bitcoin price could drop sharply at all times so I think we should not risk it, just keep a bitcoin bit.

September is slowly arriving to us so be patient my brother and keep your faith in bitcoin.  The big financial institutions are moving on crypto without the world noticing and we can surely see this happening at the end quarter of this year. Sell it on that right moment.

Yeah like instead of asking when to sell why don't just buy more while bitcoin is in the bottom because eventually it will rise constantly and those feeling that we felt last year ATH will be felt and all we see are green candles. And of course that will be the right time to sell our bitcoin and I know everyone is excited for that to happen again. So now, full our bags and hold. Grin

No bitcoin was at its all-time low of 6300 USD and according to many wall street financial analysts it is on the very very close to having a rapid increase that you are watching in price they say that this long-lasting correction phase is over,

Naturally, we have to wait when its price grows. Now, Bitcoin is very volatile, and I do not think that you have to sell it. If you do it, you will be a loser then.

I am sure that it is not the best time to sell our bitcoin because bitcoin price is just starting to pump really well on the market and for sure the price of bitcoin can able to reach $10k before this month will end, so we just need to keep our bitcoin and wait for the pump.

Well actually, it depends on you. It depends on you if you really want to stop using bitcoin and sell it to other people who will use to have income like you did. If you think that you have enough income in bitcoin and you have a stable job or business, then its okay to sell your bitcoin. But if you want to have more income, like extra income, excluding the income in your stable job, then you better not thinking of selling your bitcoin. Because it is a bad choice. The answer is it depends on you.

Naturally, you must not sell Bitcoins and the other cryptocurrencies now. The prices of all the cryptos are very low, and you will simply lose your investments. Just do the opposite thing - buy more BTC and alts.

Looking at when the thread started, DEC would av been a good time to sell and buy now considering how the market has dwindled from. But going forward, I don't think its wise to sell of all ones investment, rather take out what you need and leave the rest as investment. Overtime, cryptocurrency has proven a worthy investment and would remain so.

Wise people will never sell their Bitcoins now. The prices for this crypto are still very low, and we are waiting for the time when they start to go up. I suppose you have to be more patient.

It was perfectly good question when this thread was created. Today we know the answer on that question. Now, will it happen again? I think it will and all those who sold their coins then,  made a great move. They could buy on low price again and wait for big growth in the near future.

Best time to sell Bitcoin is “when Bitcoin production will stop”.

Price of Bitcoin is determined by “demand and supply”, demand doesn’t seems to going down

The Break point where there will no new Bitcoin, demand will be high and supply will be very very low. That’s the time to sell and play the monopoly.

Till then just “buy and hold”. Buy as much as you can and hold as long as you can! That’s the way to go…

Well, if you are talking about the "time" factor, then I think that you should change your mindset. Honestly, in this market, it's not more about the time that should be your indicator when selling off your coins for profit; the best type of indicator is the profit itself. People buy coins in different times and rates, therefore, it would depend on your profit target whether it's a good time to sell or not. Because, one coin may be in stock for months without it gaining too much increase. If you feel that your Bitcoin holding had gained a substantial value, then it might be the best time to sell it.

any case today is not the right time to sell Bitcoin. I will definitely expect the time when Bitcoin will return to itself at least the prices of 2017.
