I too dont know how to predict the price. I usually buy when price are low, and am using portfolio application. I will set the expected price in that. If that coin met the expected price will get notification. That time you can sell. This is the way i am trading.

Blockfolio helps me a lot as well the coinmarketcap, but keep in mind that fuds affect the price too so just study the coin you hold if their worth trading or will they uptrend in value soon.
