Yes it is good to maintain both as it is new age and everything is very expensive so it will be good if we will manage both at the same time. 1) Is there accomodation provided for you?
2) how genuine is the person giving you the job?
3) is it a temporary or a permanent job?

I can still participate in cryptocurrency while still has my job.
As the population grows, a lot of us gets unemployed. So while there's an opportunity its better to grab it.
Its better to have a stable job while also earning cryptos at the same time.

In my ipenion myself i will grab that job opportunity since i can earn that passive income while at the same time i am doing trading in crypto currency. But if you have a big mining farm like you are earning more than 1000$ a month then maybe you just maintain ang manage your mining farm for good.

Working from home seems better but you need to have multiple income sources for that purpose. Relying on only crypto income is no a good idea as it may dies one day.
