I have little knowledge of trading since I trade just with few crypto's and not with big amount. I always spend time in trading when ever I feel to do and when ever there is a big drop in price or big spike in price. I always follow the golden rule of buying when price drops and selling when price rise. I use to spend an hour or more on a daily basis and the time I spend is different and not a fixed time I will choose, when ever I feel and when ever I'm free I will jump into trading.

if I may not have been long enough to trade, and I bought at a high price in early 2018 yesterday, so I can not do anything now to do my trading because now I've run out of capital to be able to trade, and I keep waiting and holding back what I have this moment, so I hope everything will go back up with the price I bought at that time, so right now I can only see the market price movement.

i am a student and is realy frustrating any time i drop my phone i think of gain or lost i might be making , but i cant stop cause is profitable

Its normal if you're a new trader youll get mixed emotion. Sometimes excited then suddenly worried but all of that will be normal along the way. The techniques are plan your trading time try to allocate own time for trading and for other things in your life. But don't forget to monitor market trends everyday to stay updated.

I tried my hand at trading in 2017 and was doing okay...then came 2018!   I did do some reading and in order to have a life, some of the gurus I read said, pick one or two days a week and that is the day you trade.  I am still trying to learn how to read the charts and figure out the candlesticks.

Yes, like me I always check and monitor my coins, sometimes if I see that the market price is still low, I cannot sleep because I know I'm in a loosing trade, I always wanted to withdraw sometimes but my mind is also saying to continue.
