Maybe, it all depends on which coins you choose but it's possible to do it. You would have to take some risks and maybe invest 5-10% of the 10k into ICOs but you have to do tons of research on them before investing.

In my opition it will probably take from 5 to 10 years to reach 1M starting from 10k.

This is a great topic. I also thought a lot and continued to think about this issue. I put the money in a few promising coins/tokens and wait. I participate in several bounty companies. Coins/tokens from these companies will most likely be sold. Depends on many factors. Money from sold these coins will continue to be evenly distributed between the original coins.
