satisfaction of the client is the number priority and this is a must! how can BOB REPAIR give this? a lifetime warranty or what will you give them?
I read a while ago half of the whitepaper of Bob's repair. At first, I am not convincing on how they will serve the customers in an efficient way. They put up the STWP (Skilled Trade Worker Platform) in order to have a services between contractors and customers in a minimum costs but in the end, they will not satisfied with their service and the three problems such as review fraud, advertising costs and transparency of the price did not solve. Until they found out the blockchain technology, after the discovery of the said tech, Prandecki brothers will try to use blockchain technology in order to solve the three problems. Now, as we can see, even STWP earned 1m usd and make a 50,000 numbers of service calls, Bob's repair will come up to provide a better connection between customers and contractors. The main purpose of this problem is not to make a fast and reliable connection between the skilled workers and consumer but bob's repair will try to fight the review fraud, advertising costs and proper listing of prices. I can say yes! Bob's repair will give a lifetime warranty to us. I just curious why Prandecki brothers change the name of STWP into Bob's repair? Anyway, I look up also with the whitepaper and as what I saw in the history of STWP, it was performed well, the services were fast and reliable. They linked already a thousands of services and they had almost a millions of revenue. I can say that, they will risk in Bob's repair in order to solve the three main problems. As part of our community and as a valid online customer, we must all appreciate this project because it seems like most of us will be benefited of their platform. |

I just curious why Prandecki brothers change the name of STWP into Bob's repair?
In my own opinion, STWP is known in having a services with lower costs, fast and reliable way than other but the problems did not solve by STWP so in order for them to make it. Prandecki brothers find a solution and later on they found the blockchain technology and they studied it. Until they came to the point that they found Bob's repair, more decentralized and can resolve the problem with false review and more tranparent issue. They came up with "Bob's repair" name because they want to make it new. A new and better way than STWP though STWP succeed. P.S. I want to ask that what are the services that Bob's repair will offer? Particularly with skills you offered. Do you have a lists of it because I did not find it in your whitepaper? I am bit curious with this. |

Now I am better understand Bob's repair. I took a long time to review every details of your whitepaper though I have not yet done, I am very interested with the project.
Bob's application caught my attention. For the services to have a fair system of review, Bob's repair will issue bob's application. Bob's application is a leverage blockchain technology that will fight fraud review. It was built on Steem blockchain because of its low transaction price and more fast transactions. Bob's application will also store all financial transactions that takes place in Bob's repair blockchain. Both of the consumer and contractors will leave a review. In order for the customers to trust reviews, Bob's application is provided by Bob's repair.
As of now, I can say the validity of Bob's repair is fair and real. No to fraud! No to high transaction fees! Yes to transparency! Yes to Bob's repair!

Wow! It sems everything is becoming modern now. Can’t imagine a home repair service using blockchain now. I used to think carpentry as an ordinary kind of profession that doesnt have to be high tech. Will read more your white paper.

It says there that contracors will not be charged with advertising fees. Will there really be advertisements for contractors in the platform since no advertisemnt fees required for them and if not how could they be recognized or chosen by consumers if they are not given the chance to advertise themselves? And if they are not charged with advertisment ands there is indeed advertisements for contractors, in what way will Bob’s Repair be able to earn or have revenues? Are you going to charge also the consumers for choosing Bob’s Repair?

I had never known that positive reviews can be bought and negative ones can be paid to be removed. If the system is like that then even Bob’s elimination of review fraud is not to reliable in my view of the system. Any way me my self does not even want to give review even if i am ask by the site to give review. To get positive review one must be too inspired to give one.   |

It's a bold statement to issue on your whitepaper that search listing such as google recommendations, homeAdvisor, and Yelp cant be trusted anymore by consumers. We know in this kind of industry, reviews from other people is very essential in order to choose the right contractor, im not sure how this works but what if financial transactions that was stored in Bob's application was included some fraudulent transactions or transactions with lack of pricing transparency. This could be the same from other online reviews.
