dead??
Transactions still work, going into POS blocks. I doubt there will be another POW block until a fix is made to the software. Are you sure about that? Transactions all stay at 0 confirmations for me, which would make sense as apparently the generated PoS blocks are invalid. cK' No, I'm not sure, I'm still learning this stuff. I would be interested to hear what a POS developer i.e. PPCoin, Novacoin has to say about this situation and if this could happen to those currencies? Here is some info about a recent block. Anyone able to interpret this stuff? I have listed the block info, and the rawtransaction info of the two transactions in the block. It doesn't look too unlike a POS block in PPCoin. >getblockhash 92529

if its error -4 or something likethat, try sending in smaller patches, say 10K each. sending all at once prolly make too big transaction that it wont fit into a block (this is an issue in pretty much everycoin, some allow bigger blocks tho)

Block per block, time by time: Too accurately. It seems that someone takes the most coins, but keeps the difficulty within range. Someone with big hashpower or scrypt hacked ?

maybe you want to try from the backup of your wallet and sync up the chain from scratch? I once had a similar situation, then I cleaned the config dir, copy from the backup wallet and sync from scratch, everything worked fine.
It looks like pos generation has problems, I see this in almost all pos coins. Some pos block generated, even confirmed, then next time sync it becomes orphan. Seems pos code unstable.

STR removed from Cryptsy ?
Coins are removed when they are under attack as STR appears to be. It will be re-added when the network recovers.

looks like STR was suspended. I am able to sync the wallet without problem. If you have sync problem, try removing everything in config dir (except config file and wallet) then sync from scratch.

if redownloading the blockchain, you need to quit and restart the wallet once when it looks its like its stopped halfway. not sure why guess its a wallet bug, but the blockchain will continue to download after restart.

My pool is 1000 blocks ahead on a different chain. Someone's pulling shenanigans.
I was able to restart the daemon after a few attempts and it processed the funky blocks, back at a normal block height now. I assume the attack isn't over however.
