unfortunately, not only fast food, but also a lot of the usual food that we buy - vegetables, fruits, semi-finished products - they can also harm our health, because now they are cooked and grown with the addition of so much chemistry that I don't think our body can cope

We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.

Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?
I am lucky when i'm not one of those people who are always eating fast food . When you are addictive to fast food , you really hard to give up it .
If you like eating fast food , you should  play sports  regurlary that will help impove your health .

I think it already gave cancer to a lot of people. Though people aren't taking the danger of fast food seriously. One, its convenient. It's not that expensive and with most of us living a fast paced lifestyle, the concept of fastfoods suite us.

Fast food  not potentialy, but really killing. Seems that a lot of people are too lazy and just don't like to think about the future. Choosing to get some guilty pleasure at the moment. And it takes time to change gustatory habits. People can start to eat healthy food, but if they don't see the result in a couple days the become disappointed and returning to fast food. I see a lot of girls who dreaming to lose some weight in a week, then start to eat as the used to and keep being slim. Smiley

Yes, I've heard of that many times. However, we all know that fast food is what satisfies our cravings. Though it is risky to have it in our daily routine, it is still something that gives us satisfaction by enjoying the foods there. I'm one of those who always eat at fast foods but I'm not afraid of the risks since it gives me enjoyment.

People eat these food because its easier to buy it than cook yourself at home (for me not). You need to spend time on it - first you go to the market and buy healthy fresh food, than you need to cook it, after it washing etc.. Anyway there are various types of fast-food and If you want your meal right now, go pick something healthy : salads, grill etc...

Fast food may be unhealthy, but doesnt mean other foods out there are. Any excessive or low intake of sugar, salt, fats, dairy and even water can damage your body. Basically anything. A balanced diet is the key.

It's just convenient for the most people to eat fast food.
Many people work all day or more jobs and just don't have time to cook or prepare food at home.
They also don't have much time to eat so fast food is perfect solution for them.
I'm sure that most of this people understand that fast food is bad for their health but have no choice.
There is no easy solution to this problem.

A constant diet of fast food is the reason why obesity is currently at an all time high in the world and with obesity, we get the risk of diabetes, High Blood Pressure and even Heart failure and sometimes Cardiac Arrest as well. So fast food will definitely kill when consumed on a regular basis.

Yup I pretty much ROFLed at potentially it was quite the laugher. I mean that is common sense is it not? I never eat fast food and every time I do I feel so crappy afterwards now I literally avoid it like the plague. Change your taste buds and your diet will follow.

Yes, it's definitely the fat and sodium which happen to be very heavy in fastfood menus because they make the food satisfying. And since it's cheap and easier to order a takeout than cook at home, eating from fastfood became increasingly common.

It is hard to just switch quickly though. The tastebuds take time adjusting to less salt and fat. Not to mention the temptation is everywhere. Oh those chicken wings!

Three things why people love fast food.
1 its fast, hence the name. You call and have it delivered tp you in less than 30 mins. Or you drive in and come out 5 minutes later with warm food and drinks.
2. Convinience, much like any other food enterprises, you don't need to actually cook to eat. You could just pick up the phone, drive by, or enter the establishment to have good.
3. This maybe debatable, but fast food tastes good. Maybe because of all the chemicals and preservative that makes it tastes better. But hey they're there.

I am someone who have regularly taken fast food for more than 10 years and I find nothing wrong in it. While choosing for a restaurant from where you need to eat regularly, there are a lot of factors which needs to be taken care of. Safety of the food is one of the concerns, but so are other factors such as affordability, taste and preparation time.

I don't like to eat fast food , i knew fast foods aren't good for  health  when i was young  which is why i usually eat lots of green vegetables and exercise . I think people should be aware of this sooner

I have tried it myself. Fast food is bad for our health. When I was a student, I ate at fast food almost everyday. For someone who was always an ectomorph, I gained a lot of weight. I thought it was good for me because I finally gained weight but when I was checked by the doctors at school,I have high blood pressure. The doctor advised me to stop eating fast food and just bring my own food for school. He made me realize that the taste doesn't define the nutrition that we will get. If you want to live long, stop eating fast food and make sure to spend time exercising.

Yes it is really it is junkfoods are not good to our body and health if we abuse it.it can cause some illness we should not abuse.eating more healthier food is more great in our system.living a healthier life is living a long life.do not forget to drink more water

What is the point in living for an additional two or three years, if you can't enjoy your life? I don't have anything against eating "healthy" food. But then, how healthy is this "healthy" food? We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.

Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?

Before I decided to quit eating fast food continuously, I had been always eating fast food for dinner and as a result of this bad eating habit, I was getting fat day by day and I had serious medical issues. But now, I stop eating trash food almost one and a half year ago. My health is getting better and better day by day. Fast food is the most dangerous stuff that humankind have encountred for sure.

Fastfood can potemtially kill us because of the ingredients mix with it. Like those which are at the instant noodles or canned goods. It is very likely to eat fresh foods, fruits and vegetables than that on the food which were instant.

Honestly it is true that these kinds of foods are very dangerous and could lead to many diseases that are very harmful to our body but you can't blame those people that can only eat these due to some factors like the place they are working, most business districts doesn't have a near access to a healthy cuisine food store that is why they tend to eat fastfood to save time as well and go back to their offices. Another one is that of course it is cheaper than restaurants. In the end it is our choice but we can't force someone to eat healthy foods just because they know the risk of fast foods.
