We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.
Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?
That's true, I am also addictive into fast food and unprocessed meats. We're eating at the fast food often than to cooked because we are also busy with our everyday activities and duties. That's why sometimes we don't have enough time to cook because we are already hungry especially at dinner.

I agree eating fastfood once in a while will not have health wise ramifications to the person but the frequent eating will definitely cause obesity and we all know what happens when that happens. Fastfood has been killing but due to the fact that we are living in a fast paced world, people don't seem to mind at all.

I don't think it's fast food per se that is dangerous. What's concerning is the fact that people eat it at breakfast, lunch and dinner, without anything else. You can eat at a fast food once a week without any problem, but you need to have a balanced diet for the rest of the week. It's easy to attribute responsability like that, making fast food the scapegoat.
The truth is that people are too lazy when it comes to nutrition. Instead of making lunch at home using fresh ingredients they prefer going to mcdonalds, spend twice as much and damage their body. They choose the immediate pleasure of eating a cheeseburger over their own health.
Most people get addicted because they don't have enough willpower, they believe they can't change the way they are until something really critic happens, but that might be already too late.
We should teach the importance of vegetables, because it's obvious that people are clueless about how their own body functions. Other than that, we can't really do much to change people's habits. If a person is obese, assuming he doesn't suffer from any kind of condition, the issue lies way deeper that fast food. The issue is the complete lack of self-respect. Sometimes I get a bit angry when I see over-weight people complain about their situation because I can't help but imagine how many years of self-hatred brought there, and at no point in this period of time they considered about changing their life for the better. They didn't have the willpower to change their life so now they complain to others about it and demand special treatment.

I used to consume fast food three times a day, for more than 10 years. I no longer do that, but I am still alive. So please stop your FUD and concentrate on more dangerous stuff such as drugs, alcohol and tobacco. It is laughable that the resources which should be used to fight alcoholism and drug abuse are being diverted for this silly issue.

I think, you are right. Fast food kills us, but it also has some pluses like price and taste. All kills us, but nobody doesn't think about it
all the carbs we take there are really scary to our health in addition that those ingredients are frozen and not fresh, I've been around of some restaurants too they are not looking for fresh once they are already established and turning their health promotion into much cheaper meat and poultry which are frozen even on seafoods.

Yes,i agree.. Fastfoods are harmful to your body if it becomes your daily routine in life. Because fastfoods have preservatives that contain harmful chemicals that can affect your body and could cause different ailments when consume. Thats why it should be eaten not regularly. Or it is best to never eat it at all.

I think that's true. society develops and people work more. They do not have time to buy food for cooking. Fast food is the best choice. But it is not good for your health. It is not nutritious and has many harmful substances. It will eventually kill you.

Only potentially? Wake up and smell the roses. Studies say that sugar is more addictive than heroin. Salt and fat literally kill your heart and internal organs. Should I mention also the lack of exercise? Funniest are people that take the car to the gym and go up on automatic stairs.
