Fast food is not the best, it's better you cook that delicious meal yourself rather then buying fast food everyday.. Fast food is harming most of our people.. Some people are lazy in cooking anyway I can't blame them some are brought up that way...

I do not think that there is much harm in this. you need to monitor your physical condition and lifestyle. and eat periodically fast food.

I used to eat fast-food but the day my neighbour told me how these foods are cooked, that day i stopped without thinking about going back to eat it. but for others who may not want to see the side effect, to them there are a few reasons why they eat fast food. 1. They are under the impression that it actually is the most economical way to feed themselves. (It’s actually cheaper and faster to buy ingredients for food at a grocery store, and take them home and cook them than it is to sit, wait in line. Purchase food, eat it and leave. You lose more money, and the time spent making that money is gone along with the food you just ate). 2. They don’t know any other way. Put the food in front of them, and what choice will they think they have? There’s the sign. There’s the food. We’re hungry. Let’s eat. 3. They’re afraid to try something else. If something works, we don’t want to try different things. We’re afraid. Afraid that it’ll be worse. Why change when you can just keep getting the same thing that you already know works for you? You know what you're getting. There’s comfort in that. 4. They don’t care. Sometimes people just don’t care, and they are too tired to care. There are so many other things to think about. Food is almost a thing that privileged people get to worry about. When there’s drugs, crime, abuse, and neglect in the mix. Thinking about what’s healthy is the last thing on your to do list sometimes. You just need to take the kids to get something to eat, and you don’t have time to cook. 5. They feel it’s a way of displaying their class or wealth: Off the bigger on the street or the homeless man who does not have a dime to his name cannot think of buying a fast-food. Some people see it as a way of showing off that they are rich. But before in continue in such orientation, below are the risk. 1. Most fast-food if filled with sodium and sodium consumption causes headache. 2. Carb used in cooking not grease can cause acne especially in foods like French fries, hamburger, buns etc. and potatoes chip can lead to break out of acne. 3. Carbs and sugar in fast food and processed food can increase acids in your mouth. These acids can break down tooth enamel. As tooth enamel disappears, bacteria can take hold, and cavities may develop. 4. Cholesterol present in these fast-foods can lead to two deadly health problems: heart attack and stroke. 5. We are also aware of the weight gain challenges associated with fast-food also known as junk food. Because it is so convenient to just walk or drive into a any desire fast food and pick it and, eat on the go. The convenience it presents as some people claim is a big problem of weight gain in individuals.

Fastfoods are very timely and relevant in today's fast-pacing world. People nowadays are so busy that they couldn't find anymore time to cook fresh and 'real foods' or I may say, natural foods. It is considered as an hassle-free alternative for those who are on-the-go. People are also get hooked by these fast-foods because of its cheap price comparing to restaurants. It also became part of our culture when it come to celebrating special occasions. With this, many people do consume fastfoods. Not knowing that it can potentially kill us. It is because fastfoods are instant and junk foods that contains large amount of preservatives, too much oil, sugar, and cholesterol that contributes in the growth of diseases and illnesses. It does not have any nutrients at all well in fact, it only makes us unhealthy. Thus, potentially killing us.

Of course! Fastfood is a very harmful food. I think that you can eat fastfood once a month, not more. Otherwise, there may be huge problems with health and overweight! Fastfood really kills our generation.

We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.
Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?
Yes im the one of them, everytime we go to town or everytime we are lazy to cook our food we are going to fast food to eat, we cant help it because its easy and the foods are yummy Even me i dont know how to quit this addiction because people usually eat at fast food.

What I see is due to people schedule and being very busy nowadays, they don't have any time to prepare proper food. As well so many people prefer to eat fast food because it taste good regardless they knew that it's going to hurt them.

Fast food will lack of vitamins and minerals. Because fast foods are high in energy, high in fat, high in salts but less in vegetables, they can not balance nutrients. Frequent use of fast food is more likely to be overweight, obese, prone to fat disorders in the blood. Eat more fast foods, but they are deficient in micronutrients, which means that fast foods are unhealthy foods. Fast foods are rich in energy. Foods that are fried from high fat saturated fats are not good for health, especially not good for cardiovascular due to high salt content.

Yeah right, fast food is very trend in the world including in my country. Many people eat fast food continuously. Why do people still eat this food everyday? Busyness is a major factor that makes fast food much-loved, especially in urban areas. We can eat this food anywhere and anytime so many people prefer this food. My advice to quit the fast food addiction to always make your own food or if it is really busy is better to order healthy food (like catering), from the health side it will be better. I include people who do this, I always order healthy food at a catering place for breakfast and lunch in the office.

Fast food are often cooked fried, it is the easiest way to cook food. These restaurants aims to cater large amount of customers in which they earn the name of fast food restaurants. Compared to other restaurants, most of their ingredients are used with preservatives and is produced in factories, which in my opinion makes it unhealthy. Ingredients should be as fresh as possible and cooked appropriately where in most fast food chains are seldom practiced.

Well if you look at it in that way everything that we consume could kill us, It just depend on us on how are we going to protect our body and how could we stay healthy, The air and water is so polluted and it is bad for our health, But we don't have a choice we need it in order to live.

100% in agreement to this. Fast-food items such as burgers and fries and other stuff are loaded with high amount of sodium which is bad for the kidney, high in sugar which can bring about obesity and diabetes and also high in fat -- this according to studies are linked to most type of cancers.
