I am a person who likes fast food, I feel addicted and difficult to escape from this food even though I realize that fast food is very dangerous for my health. I am currently trying to reduce slow food consumption slowly

For me, eating a lot of fast food can kill us because of the ingredients for it, they're yummy that why people can't stop to eat and it is easy to go to eat.

We like fastfoods, the name suggest it self. Sometimes it would take a longer time to cook food so the best solution us to dine on fastfoods. And it is very encouraging because a person oftentimes sees it on commercial and because of these strategies we became hooked to eating it not even thinking whatever benefit or the opposite it could give.

 for me, not all the times that fastfoods are bad to our health, same of businesses should under go in a legal procedures. and they have an certificate that tells that the fastfoods that they selling is clean.

People eat fast foods due to travel reasons.When they travel and leave their homes,
they are prone to eat fast foods to get along the new environment.Sometimes, you may
not find the native cuisine of the traveller. Same reason for those who are involved in
emigration.Tight job schedules is also a contributory factor where people's nature of jobs
due to permit or allow them time to cook food for their consumption; they resort to fast food.

We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.

Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?

It is really a junkfoods and bad for health.

Even in the mainstream restaurants, they use a of preservatives and artificial flavorings. So this is not something which is unique to the fast-food chains. If you want perfectly healthy food, then the only option is to cook at home, using organic food items.

If you eat daily in fastfood its possible you have diases or can kill you,, but if you eat once a month its ok,,cause the toxic or bad colesteror you eat in the fastfood are wash out in a week or even a month.

Fast foods can be very harmful considering the chemicals they use to grow some vegetables and some creams they add to the foods. This is one major cause of cancers.

It can if it is always eating  this kind of food. Fast-food many of this food is not good in our health because of the chemical made of this food.. you can eat vegetable as long as you want than eating fast-food that can destroy your health

People eat fast food out of convenience, habit, and perhaps indeed addiction. A great deal of processed food is very addictive. But honestly, it is not fast food that is the problem but rather processed food. Eating an apple is "fast", it takes no preparation. Also not a wholegrain sandwhich. But these are rather different to fries or burgers. How to overcome it? We need better education about what is healthy and not (also to include health risks related to consuming meat and dairy, which is so understated in public discourse)

Almost everything that we would consume could potentially kill us,
From the polluted air ,Smoking cigarette ,Eating salty food and also sweet like chocolate and liquor so there is nothing new to it.
Polluted air and smoking cigarette could harm your lungs ,While eating salty food would harm your kidney and in sweets and chocolate would cause you diabetes ,While liquor would harm your liver.

if we will continue to lavishly and unmindful of eat such kind of food. consider how many secret ingredient they have in each food they offer which do not really know all we care is it looks and its taste which is pleasing and affordable and easy to cook for us  regardless of how it bring in the future.. is as if.. eat now and suffer later..we are to be responsible to whatever food we intake so that our body may prolong healthy and strong just as we desire to live with the same desire.
