The human mind is really delicate. Many people try to deny this and don't take good care of themselves mentally. The process to the level of depression that culminate suicidal thoughts is very gradual. It starts with the smallest negative thoughts we entertain. And soon we end up in a big ditch that takes enormous effort to get out of. Finances are a big factor. But we have seen even the richest people commit suicide too. So, there are indeed many factors involved; regret, betrayal, etc. Essentially we should pay more attention to our mental health. In simpler terms, we must stay away from those things that make us unhappy.

Definitely, it is bad and sad to see people killing themselves.
The death of even a stranger is hard to accept.
We are intelligent beings.
Our role is to master our Earth, to have a decent life and to enjoy it.

Suicide is most famous in Asian countries like India, Sri Lanka and etc.. The main reason for suicide is, a man who doesn't have future targets or dreams and who breaks his dreams and plans himself.

People sometimes have suicidal thoughts because they are selfish. They always think then how much pain they have suffered are how much sacrifices they have done but they do not count what they have done for themselves. If nobody expects you to be happy then why are you even listening to them? It's your life make it large do whatever you want I learn whatever you can. I am a hundred percent sure I will not get any suicidal thoughts ever in my life because I am never sad I am logical and I have a solution to each and every problem in my life.

So far in our area as of today, severe depression had been the biggest culprit of all these suicidal thoughts. Sometimes they also blame the social media for the spread of these suicidal attempts. So I agree to almost every post recommending depression, just to add a bit in poor countries, economy (financial difficulties) has also been a factor.
