What causes suicidal thoughts?

The cause of suicidal thoughts can be as a result of depression which might be affecting the  individual. When the individual is passing through such depressing, they usually don't share their thoughts with any body. To some it may be as a result of failure in Business by trusted friends or 419, to others it may be for disappointment in marriage, and many others. No matter what may be the reasons, it is best if thoughts are shared and  discussed, by so doing many occurrence of suicide witness will have been averted.

For me, the causes of suicidal thoughts are feeling of being alone , unloved and unworthy. When a person already thought suicidal things , they are not just depressed alone. People who is happy everyday can also think those thoughts.when a person doesn't give a shit about their surroundings defenitely they are already thinking about those thoughts...

I think if a person is really messed up they start having suicidal thoughts. My cousin once committed suicide, however, he was saved. I asked him why, and he answered that he thought that his life was meaningless because his family seemed that they doesn't care for him, his girlfriend left him, and he thinks that he doesn't have a good future ahead of him.

Bad experience. Trauma that occurs in childhood can be conceptualized in our subconscious, so there is difficulty to get out of these fears. The trauma will prevent a person, even if someone is unable to forgive themselves for the bad things that happen to him. the fatal impact, he risked suicide.
Hereditary factors can also cause a person to commit suicide. If your family has a history of suicide, you need to practice positive affirmations when you have severe problems or under any circumstances, still think positively .

People have different ways of thinking and facing problems in life. Some people are strong enough to fight and ignore those challenges, personal or environmental. While some people are weak, they have uncontrolled feelings and thoughts and the inability to accept defeat or the facts of failure. These leads to the thought of suicide.

There are things that causes suicidal thoughts. Sometimes, an unhealthy environment causes us to think of negative thoughts. Also, Having no one to talk to, bad experiences and bullying are the things that causes us to overthink and tends us to think about negative thoughts. People in this situation needs attention.
