Anyone have good luck with Bter?

After this experience (long transactions), I moved my coins to Bter and I'm satisfied, transactions are really fast, as well as trading. But there are some transactions limits as u could have seen in this thread already.

What are the limits? How long does it take for a 50+ BTC order to get filled?

Hello everybody Smiley

I am happy to introduce altdice to the Quarkcoin community
It's a dice game pretty much like the early version of Satoshi Dice

http://qrk.altdice.net

To play, choose your favorite odds and send any amount to this address, anywhere from 0.01 QRK to the max bet.
A number between 0 and 65535 will be picked up for you, based on your bet transaction ID.
If this number is below the number of the game, then you win your bet amount * Prize Multiplier paid out directly to your wallet.
If you lose, you get 0.001 QRK back to your wallet.

The game requires 1 QRK confirmation. 98% expected payout. 2% edge house.
Play max bet and win over 750 QRK !

Have a try :-)
Send 0.01 COL to QaVpzD5pmbvjTWsrLfeT495zk13SV1fbkF => This is the 85% chance of winning game adress. It pays out x1.153 your bet amount to your wallet if you win.

I wish players the best of luck and to have a lot of fun at http://qrk.altdice.net :-)

I have, several times deposit/withdraw/trading. Everything worked well. But you have to be careful about limits: <50 BTC and <50000 QRK withdraw limits per day.

Me, too.  Screw Cryptsy.  They are going to create a panic and I want no part of that.

What do you think, how high will Quark rise now in the next few hours? I'm expecting over 0.0004 BTC but not 0.0005.

China will wake up soon so I think 0.0005 is very doable in a few hours.

Does anyone happen to know a formula to calculate how long it would take on average to find a block at the difficulty X with hashingpower Y?

At average it's:

Diff * 2^24 / Your Hashing Power (in Hashes) = seconds at average per block

For example with Diff 3647 and 10 MHash/s:

3647 * 2^24 / 10MHash =
3647 * 16777216 / 10000000 = 6118,5 seconds = 101 min ~ 1,7h

(It's late so hopefully i didn't make a mistake)

We might see another surge after China wakes up. Or when people like me who have been waiting for hours finally have their deposits show up. This is ridiculous. I am going on 4 hours now and nothing. Never have I had deposit issues on an exchange like this.

Are you using Cryptsy? It barely works at all. I just transferred my Quarks to BTER, took about a minute and it works.
