So is it the right time to invest in quark?I'm considering buying some.

The future appears bright to me. Like Bitcoins -- the earlier you buy, the better.

Guys, I'm trying to syncronize my wallet - it stucks every 500 blocks, and only 1 connection (though I added some nodes). Tried on 2 machines in different places - the same result Sad

I think Bill Still was bribed and Max Keiser is helping indirectly.

Someone convince me this alt isn't a scam with the 6 month primary distribution - is there a top 100 QRK holder list?

About mining,

as i see in my pool  (http://qrk.mine-pool.net/) now 51 MH/s and if you have not so strong miner you don't receive payments well,

thats why i make another pool for mining: http://qrk2.mine-pool.net/index.html

PS: optimal hashrate is 20-30 MH/s for fast QUARK blocks Smiley

I am trying to understand the description of quark.  I particularly unsure about how many coins is really available.  From this statement "Total of 247 million QRK will be mined in ~ 6 months, after that ~ 1 million QRK p.a. (~ 0.5% p.a inflation)", what does it mean?  What does the abbreviation "p.a. inflation" mean?

Too many coins means only short term returns and large dumps. On the long run it's not a great investment but a fantastic day to day digital online currency.

Thanks, so let me understand this. After the first 6 months there are a total of 247million quarks, 1 year after that, there will be 248million total, or 247 + 248 = 495millions total? my guess is 248millions, but I am not clear about the language.

Bill Still's Youtube video only has 9000 views at this point. I hardly think that is significant enough to cause this run-up.

I am trying to understand the description of quark.  I particularly unsure about how many coins is really available.  From this statement "Total of 247 million QRK will be mined in ~ 6 months, after that ~ 1 million QRK p.a. (~ 0.5% p.a inflation)", what does it mean?  What does the abbreviation "p.a. inflation" mean?

per annum

Thanks, so let me understand this. After the first 6 months there are a total of 247million quarks, 1 year after that, there will be 248million total, or 247 + 248 = 495millions total? my guess is 248millions, but I am not clear about the language.
247+1 = 248 Million

thanks
