Is their issues with cryptsy deposits? I have made 1 large transfer onto them, and then just a small one to test, they have confirmations but its been a few days and still nothing on their site.

A few hours has been the norm lately, but I just made a deposit and it went through in about half an hour.  After a day I would open a support ticket with them.

To make things easier on them include the transaction amount, send to and from address, and transaction id.

I'm curious - how many QRK/day can you generate with a single computer? The difficulty seems very high now

Hi

quark added to btc38. let celebrate.

http://www.btc38.com/altcoin/qrk/

I don't think it's actually trading yet, is it? The button just reloads the info page.

Not quite ready but real soon. Price will go up 10x from here.

Some people are selling?? Why? so they can cry tomorrow about how they made a big mistake??

I noticed a lot of QRK coin being sold on bter.com. Why would anyone sell so much now?

This reminds me of last week when the price doubled. Someone sold a lot of QRK. Maybe they were thinking they can get a butt load of coin at a cheaper price before the big runup. I see the price is recovering.

The price will recover, that's for sure. QRK heading up already (even though the trading in bter hasn't started yet).

Imagine what will happen after Bill Still's appearance on Keiser Report!!

I see QRK easily reach $2

Behold the Tangle Mysteries! Dare to know It's truth.

define "single computer".

I get about 12-14 QRK with an amd 8-core...

It was about 15-17 only 10 days ago...

So it is changing, and I am keeping an eye on it... can't guess how many QRK will be possible in 1 or 2 months.

I have so far made about 150 QRK since I started 10 days ago. Meh, I'm happy with it, and will continue... I am experimenting with adding more older computers I have lying around, but those have often a bad ratio of kilohash/watt.

I use this mining pool http://qrk.coinmine.pl

Profitability calculation: the amd 8-core takes about 150 watt to run, that is 3.6 kW per day. I pay about 0.20 $ per kW, so that would be still under a dollar power cost per day.

So 12-14 qrk better be worth more then a dollar, and yep they are worth more. :-)
it's about 2 -3 dollars at the moment (for my 12-14 qrk)

Maybe both.

there is a saying: A fool and his money are soon parted.

Gunther sounds like the typical investor who bet more money than he can afford to lose, and
now he is demanding that the chinese bail him out.

lol, sounds familiar, that's the american way of doing things.  Roll Eyes

Really... I am not waiting for anybody.

Does the world owe you something?

For QRK to succeed we all must participate and create the community. That's the only real stable growth for qrk.

You just want to dump your QRK on the poor chinese... but they are not stupid, I tell you.

You know what, I expect NOTHING will come from the btc38 listing of qrk, not even the max keiser interview will boost QRK very much.

Instead qrk will have a healthier organic growth over the next months.

All this pumping and speculating is very unhealthy for any cryptocurrency anyway... what is necessary for longtime success is organic growth, and nothing else.
