If you are on Slack or Discord you should know the answer.
as far as i remember,they were saying that 2nd distribution will be held after it hits the exchange.
or they will do it at the end of March.

We would like to make an update on our progress. The foundation registration is moving along nicely, it's true it takes time to finish but that is not something we control. As soon as that is done we will submit Sirius to more exchanges than already done. We will announce our stage II distribution soon, we are trying to tie that with an exchange listing for a reason, if an exchange listing will come later than march 28 we will commence stage II at the end of March. Details will be announced then.

If thats the case this coin should be listed there long time ago. I think they are aiming for binance or bittrex.

It has been waiting for nearly 1 months. The only explanation for this is that the current Sirius airdrop may not be a priority. DEV may have more important things to do.
