In the slack I read the dev talking about looking for the best method for distribution in the next round, the one that's least vulnerable to abuse, and they will announce it when it's ready, some time in March. He wrote that today.

They cannot completely eliminate abusers and airdrop cheaters.

They should hire more people to check all participants before the airdrop. a strict checking and verification will at least lessen the cheating.

That's a funny idea. "Hiring" people to check airdrop applicants.  Cheesy
The best way imo is to connect multiple accounts so that you can't apply with your 389 BCT alt accounts. Telegram needs a phone number, for example. Most people have only one number and one Telegram account so that would reduce the abuse.

sorry ,cheator can buy some phone numbers because they are cheap  and register more telegram account too ,IMO this is not the right way  to   reduce the abuse.

DeepOnion is a good example of having strict screening for multiple accounts, they hire mods to check participants before airdrop #16.

Having a telegram account is a good suggestion to prevent multiple users to register for the airdrop. most cheaters will surely not bother to buy or get a a new number just to register for the airdrop.

I do not understand why I do not have stacking? First he wrote to me, the expected time to earn rewards 1 day. I understood that the wallet should be kept open for one day, and I did so. But then after a while he increase the days until the award. At this time, the waiting time before the award is 7 days. I probably did something wrong?

You need to encrypt your wallet first before you can start staking.

1, Encrypt Wallet
2. Wallet will close
3. Restart the wallet
4. Unlock the wallet and check the checkbox (Unlock for staking)
5. Keep your wallet open
6. Wait and hope to hit a stake

Tried your way, but he still shows 7 days, do I really have to keep my wallet open for 7 days?)

Now "Network weight" is over 15 000 000. Perhaps during these 7 days you will receive a reward if you are lucky. But most likely, you will receive a reward in more than 7 days. It all depends on your luck.

Exchange listing is now good to go i think even without the whitepaper. They gathered 80BTC after all which can at most be enough for 3 proper exchange listing

Is it known when the whitepaper is going to be available? Is going to be days or weeks?

Hi guys. Can anyone step by step explain how to start POS the SIRX? Not so long ago 1 person told me that it was enough to keep the wallet open and that there would be coins in it. My wallet is open, it has 5000 coins. A week wallet is open, nothing has come. I think that before that it was necessary to make some more settings, but what I do not know. Would be grateful to that who

I did as you said. But it took more than two days and nothing happened. Some say that you need to wait 500 confirmations. What are they about 500 confirmations that should happen? I did not make any transactions.

lol , using Telegram easier to cheat. Bitcointalk? not so many people's can afford to buy or created BTCT many Alts account. you need at least 1 year before you reach Sr.member rank. maybe China can do that Tongue

As a newbie you have a very slim chance of getting free airdrop. your only chance is when the SIRX team starts a bounty campaign and that way everyone will have a chance to participate and get some SIRX

DeepOnion is a good example of having strict screening for multiple accounts, they hire mods to check participants before airdrop #16.

Deep onion does have a great way of distributing their coins.
But I don't think that it is airdrop, because I think it is Signcamp.

I hope Dev will start a Bounty campaign, this will get more people to help spread the word about this project.

a telephone package cost $2-3
the only way to prevent abuse is the rank
or maybe they should require a retinal scan  Grin

Yeah anyone can buy a burner phone for a few dollars so that isn't much of a deterent.  High rank is likely the best way because even if you created a million alt accounts, you didn't make enough posts on all of them to get to the high ranks.  That would be an insane amount of work for a person.

No system is perfect. Restricting the air drop to high rank members is as good as any other system.

Many people voted in favor of Sirius. It is impossible to list a large exchange before the airdrop is completed. Because the vast majority of large exchanges are reluctant to take risks.

I am in favor of completing the airdrop first before SIRX land on a exchange. SIRX is a good project and worth the wait plus the staking is working very good and already earned 52 SIRX from staking.

Now waiting for the next round announcement Cheesy
