Very good question but you don't need to be a programmer to see that the repo only has 15 (trivial) commits and that the last one was in January. QTUM has been successfully listed on Cryptopia! And we all know that SIRX is a fork of qtum and using the same code base this only mean one thing. Cryptopia can now list any coin that is based on Quantum Code.
Sirx will be listed on cryptopia SOON...

No matter how busy you are, the dev should find time to communicate with his own community. Community presence is very important and yet they failed on that part.
