Has anyone with programming knowledge looked at the GitHub? Is development still going on?

Very good question but you don't need to be a programmer to see that the repo only has 15 (trivial) commits and that the last one was in January.

Unless there are people working on this in complete isolation from the outside world I really don't see this coin going anywhere.

And there are only 2 people (or 3, if this is a different Mischa) sending commits. But there is a new commit from yesterday: they replaced the broken OXS build instructions with a note that it doesn't work, and that you should use the wine emulator. Great  And they added some addresses for a testnet. So looks like they cloned the Quantum coin, then did nothing, at least not in the github repository. Usually you have multiple development branches, and all the developers are using it frequently, as you can see for other coins. Don't know, all I can think of is this:

I'd say, if we'll be able to dump Sirx at $100+ it should be considered a success.

The Buy support is evident that the many people are interested in the coin. This is expect during the initial listing when most people wanting to cash out their free money. Once they are all gone and hodlers are left it would be a different story. So just keep hodling and wait for 2-3 weeks more.

Any new information about Crytopia or the 2nd round of the air drop. I didn't get to participate in the first one and have been waiting for the 2nd one.

Yeah i am waiting for it too but looks like the dev is not active anymore, they said they paid for the listing for cryptopia and it will be list there soon but Cryptopia said they don't have any info.

Judging from the Slack, it seems like they will be adding it soon. I guess difficulty in implementing Sirius.

This is doubtful. Now the whole market is constantly falling. Probably have to wait not weeks, but years. But selling for 1000sat makes no sense... Although there is also no point in buying.

Well, nothing is impossible if they decide want to do then they will. Currently sirx is still new listed in the market. You dont need to worry and no need thinking about airdrop completed or not. The point is stop making bad speculation, if you want support sirx project so go support it.

Why do you think this? There is no evidence on Github that the developers are doing anything for the coin, see https://github.com/siriuscore/sirius , the developers were sleeping for the last 6 months. It is just a clone of another coin with no additional features at all.

I believe they should also start to think about releasing a whitepaper with a more detailed plan about the future of the project. There are already interesting idea in the current document but more detail are needed.
