In short you get 1activity for posting at least 1 post per day. This is updated every 14days. However when you are new, at least this was the case for me, it didn't followed that rule until I reached some activity in junior I think. So for me I could get sometimes 2 activity for 1 day and haven't updated itself every 2weeks, but now it does.

It all depends of how many people join this campaign if more people join you will get less. They are giving like 200,000 ITNS per round and depending on your rank you get shares. Later on they take all participants that are eligatable for this campaign put their shares and divide these 200,000 last week I have got at around 1.5k for 1week as jr member, this week I expect that not many new join so I may get above 2k-3k.
