Polis CoreThe PolisCore team worked the whole week in the transition from PoW to PoS. Tomorrow we’ll make an important announcement so stay tuned! PolisPayPolisPay Team- The PolisPay core features are finished.
- The team is working on fixing some minor bugs and polishing some small details for the release of the beta.
- Internal testing will begin this wednesday 17th of October.
- For the people that have the previous version of the app, we’ll publish steps on how to make the transition when the new version is live.
PolisPay Beta- 11 PolisPay cards have been shipped to the PolisPay app beta testers.
Community Management & Outreach- We’ve been working on an update to the Whitepaper and Roadmap. Sometime this week we’ll make an announcement when these are up.
- We’ve been working on a Polis Wiki. The web site is up but we’ll be posting new content through the week.
- The new Polis website went live! polispay.org We will gladly read your comments and suggestions in the #website-discussion channel at the Discord Server.
- Polis is now live in BarterDEX.
- Polis is the second most active Masternode coin in GitHub according to Omni Analytics.

The wallets are being compiled and as soon as they're ready we'll share them here and in all Social Media. Tomorrow the wallets will be up. You have these days to prepare for the change. Hello Polis Community! The fork to PoS will be done in the block 209,720 (This next Monday 22th of October). The wallets are being compiled and as soon as they're ready we'll share them here and in all Social Media. Tomorrow the wallets will be up. You have these days to prepare for the change. Thanks for your support! How will this be handled on the exchanges? I know Cryptopia has been locked in maintenance since Sept 6th so basically locked out of my Polis. Any word on when this situation will be resolved? Or is that related to this wallet announcement? |

Hello Polis Community! Don't forget to update your desktop wallet and MN before block 209720. This version is mandatory for everyone who wants to keep supporting the Polis Core Team. This release will change the protocol from Proof-of-Work to Proof-of-Stake, bumping the protocol to 70211 and rejecting nodes with a protocol below 70210 (v1.2.2 and below). Protocol 70210 and wallets on v1.3.0+ will be supported until the PoS hardfork. Useful staking information is also shown in the Overview tab of the wallet, a refined feature introduced in v1.4.2. |

This version is mandatory for everyone who wants to keep supporting the Polis Core Team. Some were convince to join our social media platform to learn more. Others too were directed to the Polis website for them to learn more themselves. One guy who was able to tell us the ethos of Polis: for the people by the people was given free Polis branded T-shirt." All my wallets stopped syncing at block 209720. Updating to https://github.com/polispay/polis does not make any difference. This is my config: server=1
