First and foremost is the team that will make or break a project.  It can be difficult working alone these days but having different minds work together to a common goal can work wonders.  The team is the glue of the project.  Also, within the team there should be various background such as marketing, development, r&d, economics, product and project management.  The team should encourage each other and brainstorm ideas to enhance, maintain and ultimately make the project successful.  The purpose of the project is to attract investors and build a community of like minded individuals.  One has to gain trust and follow through the commitments of the project life-cycle.  Not every team is perfect and there can be hiccups; however, through persistence and perseverance it can get past the hurdles through a stairway ladder.  All it takes is one great idea that can be used by the common market and lead to a competitive leading edge.  Success is measured by the previous failures and lessons learned from that.
