Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

what's the deal with those accusation of TheSwede and the 900+btc?  Anyone believe that or is it just nonsense?

btw, I am just going to throw this out there:  Labcoin, I can post your announcements for less than 900 Btc. PM me.

Please. That was a terrible attempt at a scare tactic.

I just wanted to compile a short list of future deadlines.

Mining address will be posted publicly before Wednesday. This will allow transparent monitoring of the hashing rate and block generation.

Wednesday has come and gone.

2:59 AM
Thursday, September 19, 2013 (CST)
Time in China

Dividend day was previously miscalculated, i apologize, expect the first payment on Tue 24/9 and mining address proof in less than 24 hours as promised.

Dividend date was was miscalculated. Deadline for the first dividend will be 09/24 Tuesday. Can we get clarification as to what time we can expected this at the latest?

We want to say thanks again to everyone who is supporting us, sincere thanks. Rewards will be huge.

To all the naysayers ( not meant to sound offensive ) :

We understand the feelings you are going through but at the same time we know most of the accusations thrown at us are foolish.
Please wait for results to take your decisions. We will show everyone this operation is very serious within about one month from now.
This is  a very friendly advice; tomorrow the mining address and hashing statistics will be posted for everyone to verify.

This has been a long and difficult endeavour, thanks again.

We do believe in what we are doing and we will continue with the usual energy and dedication.
Again, advice for those who are holding is to wait until 30/10/2013 to take any final decision, those interested in acquiring
shares should just take advantage of the current cheap prices.

It looks as if they are going shooting for the end of October to show us how serious the operation is. They mentioned this in two posts. We could probably see something significant anywhere from mid to late October.

Bullshit

can you go into details on your investigations? i didn't follow that but have seen theswede bidding against basic mining when it came to inhand miners being auctioned...

Well, just look how he is trying to hype BTCQuick and he doesnt have that big of a piece in that either, some one with 900+ btcs+ wouldnt be probably doing that. But you never know right Smiley

I agree, it was just a weird accusation, and they seemed to have the blockchain to support their argument.  I am highly skeptical of that accusation, but I can't really counter it with anything, cause I don't know enough about it.  That's why I was asking if there was anything to it.

Investors in AM have shown they value it's stock price @ around 25-30% annual apr on dividends.  At 10% perpetual network hashrate and 4000 btc/day mined network wide, that is a dividend of .007/week/share.  This should make AM's stock price settle somewhere close to 1.4-1.5 btc/share.

Just my back of the napkin estimate.

Where do you get 4000btc/day from?  Last time I check it was 7200..

edit: that was back at 50.. nevermind
