I think JohnyBigs is confused about how mining pools work..
Another 3rd world country sock poppet account. As you can tell from the name that makes no sense in English, only in 3rd world country retard language.
His name means "well, very thin" I think someone is confused how English works.
Or to reduce virulence of infectious particles - as in what I am doing my PhD thesis on. But you know - thin makes tons more sense.
You are now my favorite person of the last 50 pages.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

It must just be a cosmic coincidence that the hashrate estimates are the same amount that 3 80gh/s avalons would put out.  3 80gh/s avalons that we know they have.

Where's the rest of the hash power Swede?  Labcoin?  Heeelloooooooo.  Anyone?

How do you have the hash rate estimates when they aren't mining?
If they start mining for longer than a few hours then we can estimate.

So, tell us, JohnyBigs.  Why can't someone that has an account at Slush's or BTC Guild send btc to the Labcoin address?  What prevents that?

Yes makes much more sense now. "Well, reduced power" lol

You're making a fool of yourself. Real bad. Believe me.

Its price is not a very relevant factor in its adoption....

I'll rephrase it.

It must just be a cosmic coincidence that the amount of B Labcoin is receiving from Slush pool is equivalent to the output of 3 80gh/s avalons.
Show your figures and numbers.

Slush isn't a wallet.  Someone could change their mining proceeds payout address to Labcoin's address to get it to show as a payment from slush, but they can't send funds to Slush to Labcoin.  The cash Labcoin is receiving is generated by some miner at Slush.

yeah, wallet was a misnomer.  Maybe account?  Right, no one is sending btc to Slush then to Labcoin.  They obviously were a miner there and had some btc stored up, and then they sent to Labcoin.

Agreed.  +1.   And speaking as a human being who has been infected by things from time to time, thank you.

Maybe OT for Labcoin, but from all indications more worthwhile.

Could TheSwede's silence be implying that the hashing is legit? If it was fake I'm sure he would be on here immediately.

they have more to gain by looking legit than by looking incompetent.

If they are legit and incompetent that is probably closest to the truth.
If they aren't legit then they aren't very competent at scamming either.

I don't like how that one fits the picture.

Have an in-hand BFL 60GH? Only interested in one that comes with the BFL supplied power supply as I am buying it for a friend who wants to try out mining. Only in hand and US preferred for quick delivery.

Who might be that friend who wants to try out mining?  Roll Eyes

My take from all this is TheSwede is as in the dark as the rest of us. If he did intend to commit fraud it would be easy enough to track him down if needed. No way he would risk it.

well, they have a load of people defending them, even after they have repeatedly lied and shown no evidence of being legit.
