Burnside needs to lock this security immediately.

Says the sock puppet?  If you aren't just spreading FUD and actually believe this, why are you hiding?

What is a 'sock puppet,' What is 'FUD'?

That was a very bad attempt at skirting my question.  You are obviously hiding your main identity as you know what you are saying is crap.

Quote
As I wrote to burnside (who ignored it earlier) ... blah blah

He is ignoring you because your accusations are baseless.  Even if you aren't a FUD spreading lair and actually believe what you are saying, that doesn't make it true and burnside is right to ignore you.

I don't believe this is a scam and will not be selling.

You guys are absolutely hilarious.

I'd love to take you all and put you in a room to discuss UFOs.  No doubt you'd convince yourselves everyone else was an alien before an hour was up.

Keep it up, clowns!  Dance!

The scam voices are getting louder and louder and more and more frequent.

At what point will the rest of you finally conceide that it's over for the Labcoin security?

How many times do you have to be told, and yet you are all grasping onto the peaches and cream belief.

Burnside needs to lock this security immediately.

That likely wouldn't help investors' whose fund are already tied up and might do more harm than good.

You're absolutely right and I agree with you. LC is not playing it straight for every reason you just mentioned.

Labcoin said there would be additional information "in a few days" or some such, I believe was the term used. TheSwede75 followed that up with a 48hr time frame attached to additional updates. I see no harm in letting this time table play out.

as long as you are the first person to sell off your position if the time table does expire, in the event of continued no proof of hashing/production.

Very seriously doubt it. They've already failed to do the things mentioned. They cannot fail moar at these things. Many many are aware of their failures and the shares are still up  250%. May I ask why you think this time will be different? Particularly now they've set a date to begin paying dividends? As I recall they also suggested they'd be at approximately 4Th/s by next Monday. It doesn't seem like a great time to sell for what they should have done and did not do weeks ago.

Sorry but I cannot just base my investments on trust of promises given by a person/s I have never met nor have any references of credibility on.

I had a decent position in labcoin up until today. when too many alarm bells were going off.

Empty statements and not showing proof when promised is enough for me to get out.

When very public ActM voices come in and reiterate this 'end-of-times' scenario, I think it's effect is precisely the opposite of the person's intent.

My accusations are not baseless.

This is a breach of fiduciary duty and I've been getting the ball rolling with HK ICAC with regards to some of the falsified details which have been presented.

Don't blame you a bit. I've gone over the risk/reward profile myself each and every time they've said they'd do something and failed to do so.

yes, and you can look at it this way too, that if they are in fact truthful, they certainly are the most incompetent and most respectless (towards their investors) entrepreneurs in the business thus far.

So, has Labcoin found any blocks? How do you search for signed/stamped(whatever) blocks?

I think you've made your point. You aren't pleased with Labcoin. We get it.

You take it so personally though - like Labcoin was thinking "how can we fuck aquarius the hardest?"

Liquidate your position if you aren't pleased. If you already have, I'm not entirely sure what you're still doing here.  Undecided

Many of you are going to learn a hard but valuable lesson about greed here.

Really, guys, just read and understand what's in the warning link that is on every page in this subforum.

Especially pay attention to point 2 and 7:

Quote
2.  Provides no evidence of business activity
They refuse to show what they are investing their capital, what products(s) or services they are selling, and who the customers are.  By contrast a mining corporation will be able to provide pictures of hardware and statistics of how many BTC generated per month.

7. A Super Majority of Non-Investors view it as a Ponzi scam
If a business is only defended as legitimate by those who are invested in it, while the overwhelming majority of individuals who have no money to gain from taking a position see it as a ponzi scam -- it is likely that the non-investors are more trustworthy in their assessment.

And especially think about point 7 here. Why do you think all these people are pointing out that this is a scam? Do you really believe they are all just trying to lower the share price so they can get cheap shares? Or they envy you and want this to be a scam? No. They are the ones who can be objective here, since they don't gain anything from taking a position.

Just take a step back, imagine that you were not invested in this, and try to read the updates from labcoin like a neutral person.
Go back and look at all the past posts from labcoin with a neutral view and think on every update "ok, now would be the time to show something real, some actual proof" and then watch how they weasel themselves out of providing evidence. They can't take pictures because their team is scattered across countries? Come on, people. We're on the internet, it takes seconds to send a pic around the globe. That excuse, like all the others, is ridiculous.

Then, if you're starting to get some doubt, take the only picture they have ever provided, the one with "their chips".
It doesn't take a photoshop expert to see that was fucked around with. Zoom in and you will see that there was a logo/text on the chip that was removed.
And labcoin's answer to someone pointing that out? "The chip picture may present some artifacts due to rough chip packaging commanded by hurry to get the IC delivered."
Jesus fucking christ. That is not a production error, that is not a chip that got scratched, that is obviously photoshop clone tool. In hindsight, I can't fucking believe I didn't check and notice that earlier. Like all of you, I wanted to believe, I wanted this to be real.
Greed is a very powerful emotion.

They don't care about short term price changes. They don't care that we want information that will prop the share price up. They want to hash and roll out 65nm, lets all chill a little and see how they go. In a weeks time if we have nothing ill eat my words...

Quote
We're still considering some business aspects, including only focusing on the upcoming 65nm version for what concerns bulk chip sales.

This is the beginning of series of get out clauses that allow them to not let the 'gen 1' chips out of hands- for whatever 'strategic business move' they devise to back it up. No-one will see evidence of the gen 1 chips. They will say wait for the 65NM chips if you want to build DIY miners, or buy hardware it will be better performance or some similar nonsense.

what is 2TH to a mining operation? this is consumer level, single user not a million dollar op..why mine in solo mode?, where is the address? where is the chip photos? where is the site update? where is the locked shares? where is the PCB photos, board plans or info? where is the finalized chips specs, performance output? cgminer output?, where is hosting details?, where is the info about hardware sales? where is any sort of recent tangible technical update? everything that has been promised has been ignored. "two more weeks" the motto of BFL.

Few pieces of commodity hardware divided between 10 million is shocking- you will have satoshi every week as divs. no way is it profitable, the only reason it is there is to placate people and buy time so the stock doesn't fall apart. Ken uses same trick in his AMC security

Just sit back and read some of labcoins last posts a few times. I actually had to laugh at myself for investing in this one.. just look how obvious it is from the last few posts.

Do some of you really not see the writing on the wall? It is absolutely typical behavior of a scam- if you've seen it once you've seen it 100 times and can document it and dissect it. The greed is really killing some of you and you're turned from investing in solid plan to just gambling on greater fool theory and writing it off as a little loss if it fails.

Burnside needs to lock this security immediately.
