I'm trying to come up with scenarios that could explain this but it's difficult.
Not really. See here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263445.msg3246057#msg3246057(read the quoted part too) BTW, since I dont have a horse in this race, Im not going to push Fabrizzio any further, but anyone that does want to retrieve his funds should push him to give the identities of the people involved. Its clear that Fabrizzio is scared of potential legal consequences (and rightfully so) As long as he admit he has signed a document. 1) there indeed is a testing chip 2) he is indeed involved in law sense 3) he at least know one of them.

What I would like to understand is the relationship between all these different people. How did TheSwede get into this? Who did he talk to? How much does he really know?
How can Fabrizio sign a document without really knowing what he was doing? He surely trusts the people he signed documents for. Who are they?
And what about Howard Wang? Can someone in the USA or California try and contact him??
Contacting Howard Wang should be easy. He is now in EE department of ITU, San Jose, CA He is also the one in the contract, and deeply involved.

IM in contact with Fabrizzio using google+. Here is what I got so far after pinging him about labcoin:
Yes I could be faking that, but Im not, and have no reason to. Feel free to ask him yourselves.
You could just post a screenshot of the conversation. Yeah, but I could fake a screenshot just as well, so I didnt bother making one (*) editing out my personal info and posting it, since it proves nothing. (*)That and Im using Elementary OS and screenshots end up black due to some bug. heh. But you wouldnt have believed that either, nor would I. Anyway, if you dont believe it, ask fabrizzio, I dont see why you would get a different answer than me. I suspect he will soon enough publish something somewhere as there must be plenty of people bugging him over this now.

He should contact his lawyer now.

TheSwede's name is also listed in the contract: Daniel Larsson. So should not be difficult to find.

The issue here is the lack of SOLID information coming from Labcoin. They may actually be having genuine issues with chips that do exist. THIS IS ALL WE WANT TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!

Not necessary this is a scam. But those who took our money now just hide there watching the share price dropped to the bottom and said nothing should be punished. The first thing is just finding them out. The rest is easy.

The ball is in their court now. Let's see what their next move is. I hope they decide to clear this mess out by explaining what is going on. There is still hope.

Ŵe just want to know what the issues are. It's not too difficult and no matter how bad the news is, it can't rock the share price much more.
This is about establishing long term trust, if this stonewalling continues the share price will never reach its potential even if they roll out 500th. The. Trust is gone, so tell us the truth.

What I would like to understand is the relationship between all these different people. How did TheSwede get into this? Who did he talk to? How much does he really know? IMO, Theswede knows everything and is the "mastermind" behind labcoin. He put himself forward as a "spokesperson" to be able to dodge behind that title when the shit hits the fan, but his statements make it almost impossible to believe he is just doing PR without direct involvement. And seriously, who would hire theswede to be a spokesperson of anything? "Sam" may or may not exist. He might be a fabrication of theswede, or he might be one of the techies in HK. Hard to know for sure, but theswede knows who he is, theswede is within reach of US law, and in violation of US laws, so Id focus on that first. Has to be the easiest way to get to the bottom of this, assuming you can uncover his identity. How can Fabrizio sign a document without really knowing what he was doing? He surely trusts the people he signed documents for. Who are they? Asked him that too, and wonder myself. Its possible Fabrizio doesnt want to give up the identities of the people just yet, before having consulted with them, before having felt enough heat on himself. Assuming one of them is a friend, that actually makes sense. What doesnt make sense is that he would know none of them. And what about Howard Wang? Can someone in the USA or California try and contact him?? Why dont you? I went after fabrizzio, Ill let someone else do the talking to Wang.

UPDATE Hashing rate will be visible again on the pool in about one hour, we are having again stability issue, working on that. Regarding the share transfer, we are still waiting for a final reply from Bitfunder. Again,we remind everyone that we will bring online about 20 TH within October.
"in about one hour". omg i'm so much.

anyone remember what happen to BTCGarden with the person who complained to Chinese police...
If someone done similar (contact Chinese police and complained about ponzi scheme) they would be forced to shut down and return investors money.
I'll be in China in 3 weeks, we may have to group up to make it more credible when complaining.
PS. I personally don't want to go this path but if they turn out to be fraudulent then justice needs to be served... "The Law Way"
