I heard about a guy in Moscow, who jumped out of the window, because he lost all his money in crypto investments and trading. So, do we have a new free heroin here? Is it possible to get addicted to crypto?

I am addicted to cryptocurrency but no way that I will take my life because of it. In every investment if you put everything on the line and lost, higher chance that you will commit a suicide. We really need to be smart when we put all our hardwork in an investment not just in cryptocurrency. There is a saying I always think before investing especially in crypto "Don't put all the eggs in one basket" which means that you always need to save half or third of your hard earned money if you want to risk in a project especially ICOs. Feels bad for those people who risk everything and lost. Stop being greedy and save for your future, always expect the unexpected.

Definitely not addiction, we are just trying to make a living out if crypto currencies. Maybe what happened to the misfortunate guy who jumped outof the building is lack of hope and could not accept failure. It is just normal to lose sometime in crypto, it is inevitable. Even people who are doing it in a long time do fails.

I think you just don't need to go so deep into cryptocurrencies. You still need to have your own life outside the computer and 24/7 control of cryptocurrencies rates. I consider crypto only as an additional source of income. What is too much is not healthy.

Yes we continue to do so because we want to earn a much better income.
In fact then when we are fit on a job and it can make us get big profit then we will repeat again.
The world of crypto does offer many interesting things and doing Trading is one of the things that attracts many people using crypto.

Yes, absolutely: trading - in general, not only crypto - it's a kind of videogame, and it's very difficult to stop.
WE need to be very disciplined, because trading addiction can ruin our health and our social life. (and our wallet...)

Due to the individual nature it is possible that some people may not be able to control their emotions. In trading which is mostly speculative, traders are always asked to put in only what they can afford to lose to avoid this kind of ugly situation.

I think it is the mindset of each individual, how he or she can cope up with wins and losses. This is not limited to only crypto trading, this mindset applies to everything you do in life. End of the day your life is more important than anything in the world, money you could earn back, but you have only 1 life.

I was an active gambler before, and it made life very bad, but my addiction eventually moved into crypto trading and I was able to master a lot of things about the analysis and connections with the community smarter than the minds of the gamblers, I have a positive addiction today because it no longer has to be contrary to the negative norms of government stigma.

Of course it's possible to get addicted to crypto trading, but it must be admitted that the same goes for fiat currency trading(Forex), stock trading, bond trading, collecting post stamps etc. We've heard numerous stories about people committing suicides on the ground of failed attempts to succeed in this or that field. People can spoil anything they lay their hands on, but it doesn't mean that everything should be forbidden because of that fact.

Crypto trading can help you to live a better life, but to succeed in that area your actions should be marked by steady calmness and self-control.

I think that it all depends on the person, you understand that there are people who are gambling, but there are those who soberly assess their capabilities, well, so I think that this is still just an opportunity for people to earn some money and everything,

In fact, the knowledge of technical analysis, the constant study of the news background, as well as the psychology of trading, make it possible to minimize the risks and the gambling component of trading. This is the mistake of newcomers - they without knowledge begin to invest large amounts in trading, and most often lose their money.

Even with all that knowledge and additional study you've mentioned, one can still be addicted to trading in the same manner as some gamblers are addicted to gambling. To avoid that you shouldn't be obsessed with trading, thinking of it and creating new strategies 24/7. Also, the main rule of healthy gambling should be applied to trading too: you should never risk more than you can afford to lose. If you don't take breaks, if you don't do other things in order to wind down, and if you don't follow the main rule, you can end up as an "addicted trader" which is almost the same thing as a gambling addict.

Yes definitely not addicted, we are just trying to find the currency kriptocurrancy. Perhaps what happened to the unfortunate man who jumped out of the building was a lack of hope and could not accept failure. It's just normal to lose sometimes in cryptocurrancy it's inevitable. It can be addictive but also very useful. Many stock traders have moved into cryptocurrency trades because of their high return on investment.

Considering the prices for anything you have invested, stocks or crypto or something else, will release a ton of dopamine when they pop up, so yes, trading can be addictive. This affects different people in different ways, although depending on their predisposition.

For me to trade crypto is a necessity because of this I can meet my daily needs. So far if doing it right, then it is not an addiction which will have adverse impact on users. It all depends on how someone does it.
