Advertising might work to help some attractions, but you are correct, the project itself can be the best way promoting the project, if developers can build a good an thread which already composed of all the important details and how things can be used for long term outcome, as you mentioned, investors are
wiser already and use a good research before investing ad supporting new projects.

The purpose of bounty campaign is to help a project raise funds from investors for it ICO and also to make the public aware of the project.
