ICO is maintaining most of the projects and it is very successfully working and people love it too.
Everyday online program is increasing and ICO is the main point of all online program so that everybody who knows about it can say without any doubt that it will never die very soon. There are more program is starting day by day though blockchain is covering a lot of coins dealing. Not all the ICO is at a very good position but there are some ICO which are very stable and have been staying at a very good position. There are many people who are related with it so they will loose a big amount if it dies and it is so much impossible to die in 2018.

No, ICOs are great decentralized investment mechanism for technology development. The market has come a lot of money, they will have to go somewhere. Despite that ICOs would increase in 2018. I believe the ongoing year to be a bigger year for ICOs and altcoins to progress in a large scale along with bitcoin.

It is 2018 now, as we can see, there is no any evidence showing that the ICO will die, on the contrast, it is very hot recently, a lot of ICO projects raised a lot money and it seems to be promising.

As long as the ICOs projects offer real world solutions, I don't see why they should dissapear anytime soon, just as any alt coin.

I think that ICO in 2018 will move to a new level. There are very good projects, but they are difficult to find. The best search is here on the forum

The answer highly depends on the purpose the ICO is serving . For example I don't think that there are so much more Solar Icos necessary. So if ICO continue to find solutions for problems, I think they are going to survive.

ICO won't die in 2018. It won't die in 2019 and next years as well. ICO can't die because it's too good way to raise money to let him die. As all the blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies are constantly developing ICO model will also develop in something we will call ICO 2.0, 3.0 and further. Not only technologies are developing fast but also a community. It won't be so easy to trick someone with ICO in the future as it is now.The new versions of ICO won't have all the negative issues ICO have now as more and more requirements from the crypto community will be applied for the ICO to run it successfully.

I doubt it will die but it should consolidate. With the SEC regulations on the horizon, I doubt we'll continue to see a ton of ICOs with little to show for it. The ICOs that will launch will have a testnet version or something on the mainnet. Additionally, the tokens need to have an actual use beyond fundraising.

I think not all ICOs are bad since some of the top alternate coins are coming exactly from an ICO. Those scam ICOs are the ones that stained the good reputation of digital currencies in general.

I do not think ICO will end in year 2018, because there is actually some nice potential projects that are worth investing, but I do agree that there are quite a huge number of ICOs that are just scam, after getting all the funds for selling the tokens, the admin just simply disappear without distributing investors the tokens.

Yes, the scammers divorced really a lot, because you can get a lot of money by cheating, in the absence of any responsibility. Therefore, you need to be very careful when choosing ICO.

I don't think so, ICO will keep being used by the owner project because it's really cheap cost and with a good promotion on bitcointalk like open a bounty you can get a huge investor to invest on your project but i think the regulations will more tight in this year.

ICO just like IPO. scam and weak project will dying but good project will have more investor than before as I seen
