I think bitcoin still most famous crypto currency among other coins which is continue keep on rising as the time passes. Even its struggle some accusation of changing its value day by day that we call volatile, it is still being a king that no one can replace it's  position, so therefore I conclude every year is the year of bitcoin.

I think that ethereum will grow a lot just like bitcoin. Probably even take bitcoin over but i think these two huge coins will stay at the top for a long time.

I think the same with 2017, bitcoin will prevail. The thing is with the help of the online advertisements of bitcoin, especially in social media, it has become more and more popular. Thus, making people invest on it more and convince more people to invest on it or get involve in any bitcoin related activities. This is why it will be the same.

I think I will stick to bitcoins going higher further just like americanpegasus predicted. Even there are lots of new coins that offers more than bitcoin does (in terms of fees and speed). I think most of them will struggle as some says utilization is one of the keys in order for a coin to survive and that what Bitcoin has.

It will still remain as one of the leading crytocurrency around the globe. We all witnessed and encountered how bitcoin behaved during its last year performance. It was a great year, and I am hoping that this year will surpass bitcoins performance last year.

I honestly do not see bitcoin leaving that spot for any other coin and no matter how much ripple developers may be trying to play the game to get it pushed up, it will not work. A bullshit coin will always be a bullshit coin, no two ways about it. 2018 will be the year when some protocols that will keep getting bitcoin up will get integrated like the LN which would bring a new era entirely for bitcoin.

Definitely 2018 will be more exciting than we what we have experience in 2017. Probably many people would have seen some boredom in these last 10 days of 2018. But, I am very much confident that things will change up side down in coming days to mark another year of bitcoins.

2018 is altcoin.
Already there's war between xrp and ETH. I see this trend all year round. One of them would close in on BTC market cap.

ETH lost terrain simply because the icos have suffered great blows in the last year, first the banning of icos in china and then the need to give up personal information to a bunch of people that I will not trust my money, so  this has affected ETH negatively and Ripple has benefited out of it.

I think that 2018 will be ETH's year and the reason behind it is BTC itself. With increasing media awareness regarding cryptocurrencies, newcomers may get scared of the BTC price for being so high, feeling that "it is already too late" and the fact that they cannot afford to buy 1 unit, makes them to choose ETH.

2017 was definitely bitcoin year, for this one believe that ethereum and ripple will be major players in this year. We saw that in this 10 days these two crypto were major one in rapid up flow in price but we see some downfall at the moment. We will see possible over 2k for ethereum and probably over 4 dollars for rippple this year.

Yes you're right.  Last year is for bitcoin and still it progress and will be popular in this year.  Just do campaigns and trades in bitcoin so that you will invests something good when the year ends

This year it will be the spotlight is ico which is likely to be more crowded than last year. bitcoin also volume will increase. this may not close the possibility will happen hardfork back this year. and the price will be at the pump again

2018 will still be the year for bitcoin. People will still go back to the king which is tried and tested for almost 9 years. Bitcoin is still not reaching it's full potential and 2017 was just the beginning of it.
