Long term vs. Short term

in a slumped market condition what I do is just hold it in the long run to get profit when market conditions begin to recover I think it's easy to get short-term profit

you're right, long term, or short term, still both have advantages and disadvantages. well, in the end, the opportunity will determine that. but, maybe I often see people doing long term, compared to the short term.

you're right, long term, or short term, still both have advantages and disadvantages. well, in the end, the opportunity will determine that. but, maybe I often see people doing long term, compared to the short term.

But they have been loosing a lot of their Money due to the bearish tren. It's so difficult to see our portfolios go even lower consider about the fact that the market is unpredictable. I will go for short term consider i will have a lot of opportunities to recover my Money back again.

I look all the time. Even long term investments could gain more value if you sell on top and rebuy a little lower.
Not easy to say when to sell / buy. But after huge gain be ready to sell and rebuy.

because long-term investment is a place for people to get big profits even though they have to be patient waiting for the right time to sell, so if you want to get big profits it is better to have a long-term investment than short.

Short term is pretty risky when market is not stable and noone knows where market goes.
In a bull market when everything is going up, it is easy to find some project which has good recent news and invest into it, after ATH sell and take profit.

Right now, I'm hodling all the crypto before the dump from last year's bull-run. And those I'm thinking are the long-haul investments. As for the ones coming up, I'm pretty selective - too many shitcoins in the space now.

If you have a big experience about trading you use strategy of short term, as for me I prefer long term because I don't have much time for this over my current job

I prefer the short time investment for Bear seasons because coins' prices are too wavy in bear seasons. Short time investments for Bear seasons and long time investments for Bull seasons because in bull seasons coins's prices increase all the time. This is very simple thing.

Of course I choose a long term, to be able to make a big profit, of course we have to be long term, too risky if we rely on short term because the market condition is still negative.

i want to have more coins in long term portfolio,but at the moment short term is preferable,because I need money to cash out.
I hold only ethereum and neo for a long term
