Bounties are far better because there is a much greater chance of being rewarded. Though bounties do require a certain amount of work, it is far more compensating. Now I could not say the same with airdrops because most of them end up to be shitcoins that never gain any real value. But since these airdrops are free, many still participate with the hope of earning big from them.
