They are not comparable, Frasindo and CarTaxi have different service though. And Frasindo is partnering with 3 successful companies in Indonesian market (Uber, Grab, GoCar).

we are not Car Taxi (that project also release on ethereum),
however we will have our own car taxi (only 1unit is needed/200cars) to support our own armada,

frasindo company is already running since 2013, and the business is finance,
(similar to our sister company AGRA MULTI NIAGA, which will doing ICO someday, to backs future FRAS's Child Project BitXplor)

we started enter bitcoin as a bitcoin mining farm company, and we have 7small mining farm (you can confirm our purchase directly to bitmaintech)
1venue can only host 30unit of antminer S5 (the electricity cable in indonesia is not enough for fullscale)
then we did not proceed to expand bitcoin mining farm anymore, because it is wasting resources, and indonesia climate is hot+humid

overtime we do bitcoin trading only,
while following Taxi Online (UBER GRAB GOCAR), we are collecting all permit and all terms required to be partner of Taxi Online, then become fully legalized by government, in other occasion also start to funding some developers to create some projects

20,000FRAS = 2800USD minimum to start producing CAR COIN/day



for every 100,000FRAS we could only gave 10days of Free car usage/YEAR,
100,000 / 10days free = 10,000FRAS
10,000FRAS = 1day free car usage/year

so, the rate of CAR COIN to be burn to redeem 1x free car usage = 365 CAR COIN


this is why, even though the supply seems unlimited, it is very hard to collect, not to mention the product/service pricing could rise too..

regarding to possibility to classify Fras Coin/Frasindo dividends as securities.

Other projects that make ICO/crowdsale also had this problem. I've heard that they require some kind of (simple) actions from investors in order to get dividends (like clicking something or accepting something from time to time). So dividends then does not come to investor that 'sitting, waiting and doing nothing'. Investors are asked to be active (like answering questions, voting, have influence on company decisions).

Just my two cents, maybe that can help.

yes, someday we will re-brand CAR COIN, so it can be use on any other FRAS's Child-projects
someday can be listed on exchange market,

currently there will be internal exchange.. also car coin already can be print as a voucher and transferable..

thank you for the criticism, the roadmap is with branch, so the community could vote its path, all of those business is related to each other
but still community could propose/input their ideas, and also to be voted by the communities
