I would have gotten a Zetacoin wallet but the website not loading/database error is scaring me away.

If you fix that, you might get my support.

Organize your stuff.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Just a warning that Cryptsy is losing massive amounts of value when doing a withdraw. Over two withdraw requests of about 16k ZET they sent me 3.7k ZET. That's a 75%+ discrepancy.

The confirm email has the correct amount, but the actual amount that hits the network is much, much lower.

I don't think it's a wallet issue because the lower amount is shown before the txid is issued. Something at Cryptsy is eating up the balance between loading the email confirm link, and the wallet generating a transaction.

I've submitted a support ticket.

That happened to me a couple times in the past. They should get back to you on the support ticket and tell you to resubmit another withdrawal bla bla bla or some crap... can't really remember what all happened but I did eventually.. get all my coins out.

What seems to be happening is that the actual withdrawal amount is lower, and the difference goes back into your balance. So basically when you submit a withdraw, the amount you're given is a random number between zero, and the amount you actually want.  Wink

Say you have 10000 ZET and you want to withdraw the lot, you submit a request for 10k, you authorise a request for 10k, but you end up with only 3000 sent to you, and 6995 back in your balance (there is still some discrepancy)

The downside is that it looks like it applies the full value to the withdraw limits, so even if it only gives me 25% of the ZET, it has shaved off 100% from the withdraw limit.

Desktop client working for me now.

But wondering how long it will take BTER to send me my ZET.

Yes, I know they were hacked, but it beats Cryptsy and Jubi.

Could this be the year for Zetacoin?

Go DEV(S) Go!!!

(Note to self...Don't use BTER.com.)

Looks like the android wallet hasn't been updated in a long time.. google play has it last updated in May '14. Just opened mine and it has 0 peers connected. Maybe try getting in touch with the android dev, if I remember there might be a post somewhere in this thread announcing it. Contact Giskard and see if he can get the android wallet updated?

Or, if you'd like to get the coins back into your pc asap you can export the private keys from the android wallet, decrypt the backed up file on your pc using openssl, then import that address key into your zeta pc wallet.

Please don't post this here. It is off-topic. Zetacoin is not associated with Zeta2coin.
