If Bitcoinsachs is truly responsible for all the crap listed in that anonymous article he should do as advised and fess up, come clean. Personally I couldn't care less about the guy or his pumping. All this recent noise does nothing to sway my opinion of ZET, I've mined, traded, and still hold it long term. It' s a fun, fast, and solid coin, imo.

I do agree with the below paragraph from that post:

"Some netizens are so worried about the future of Zetacoin because of your history, they have already written it off. I am not so quick to judge, as I think you and the team have done some amazing work thus far and it could (read 'could') have a very bright future as a transactional system to accompany Bitcoin's 'gold' status. This is an AMAZING opportunity. You/we could change many people's lives for the better, forever. Please do not squander it over arrogance, narcissism and hubris."

Wow I can't believe you bought into that dribble, if you are so gullable as to think bitcoinsachs was anyhow involved you are in for a long hard alt coin road. Greed will turn any man into an animal, but give credit to those amongst us that still choose to be men.

Anyway if there is more to this coin than the recent price pumps I do have a suggestion that might be helpful. I may be a crypto-currency enthusiast but I don't have a single mobile wallet. I have a Windows phone, Nokia Lumia 925. Great phone but there isn't even a Bitcoin wallet I would use on it, the single one I have tried would require me to turn off 2FA on a blockchain.info hot wallet, no thanks.

I'm not sure how hard it is to code a wallet on windows phone, I could help out if I knew more about what was involved. In theory though a mobile wallet could work on both Windows phone and have another use on the Windows 8 app store. I just signed up for the windows 8.1 phone developer preview, and it is a very slick update indeed. What might make sense for Zetacoin to look here as well is the fact that Windows phone has become very popular in parts of the world like Latin America with the adoption of good budget Nokia phones like the 530. Windows phone may be overlooked in the US but a few good apps might make it look more attractive. For people like myself I don't want to buy an android phone just to use a mobile wallet, nor do I want an iPad while iOS is still making it difficult for cryptos on their store.

I have no idea what your last sentence means but, did you even read my post? Did you not see the "If" at the very beginning.

You might want to go back and see when I started my "long hard alt coin road" in ZET before pointing your drivel my way.

Good grief.

That's interesting actually, the fact there isn't even a decent BTC wallet for Windows phone.

Cryptsy is about the worst exchange I've dealt with. Surprised people still use them so much but they do have the volume.. Mintpal and bter are both worlds better in terms of speed and reliability.

True. This is interesting though..

https://twitter.com/crazy_crypto

He initially called twitter post bs, but then sent DM to @cmshindi with a link to grab his IP address and says it does in fact show Kenya IP. Of course, that can be faked too.

Either way, I'm still holding. Break or bust. It was all free money made from getting in early on doge anyway.

Mintpal has just shown how reliable it is the last few days.
It kept going offline during the BC spike and it was actually their failure that burst the BC bubble.

It was just like the second gox of april.

Likewise. I bought my Doge a little late, but still ended up with a decent pile. I'm waiting for Cryptsy to post my latest deposit so I can trade it all for Zeta and I'm holding what I already got even though I think Doge and Fluttercoin are both looking promising over the coming weeks.

I just think that this has reached the point where pump and dump is a less and less plausible explanation. It's hard to imagine a guy patiently working on developing a coin for a year so he can destroy it with a pump and dump. If he was going to dump, my guess is that he already would have, in tiny bits, over the time since the rumor started. And yet he is still sticking with his story. At this point, Konen has well and truly staked his credibility on this. If it doesn't pan out, he is destroyed. Plus (not that I know, but ...) are people in cryptocurrency somehow immune from lawsuits? Why would he take that risk? Why wouldn't he be trying to hedge his statements a bit so that he has wiggle room to back out of the lie later? Why is there no denial from M-Pesa?

I was a complete skeptic three days ago, but I've been reading up on it and it makes sense to me that crypto would be attractive to M-Pesa as a way to reduce their administrative costs and increase security, while allowing transfers of larger amounts (their current system caps out at 500 USD equivalent). Recent Zetacoin additions like Android app and vanity addresses also appear to address key needs of M-Pesa (a big problem for them with the SMS transfers is apparently funds sent to the wrong account by mistake, and then them getting into fights with merchants - Android wallets with easy-to-remember vanity addresses would help resove this). The fact that zetachain.cc has been down for two days makes me wonder if perhaps M-Pesa is making some big moves to secure the blockchain and the site is down to keep people from seeing for sure what is going on.

If it is a hoax, the steps he is apparently taking - faking tweets and IP in Kenya, taking down zetachain, developing apps that would work for M-Pesa, continuing to insist that something is happening to the point where his entire reputation rests on this happening or not - are increasingly elaborate. For me, it is beyond the point where I find hoax to be a plausible explanation. 75% of my crypto value is now in Zeta and the rest is going in as soon as this frickin deposit clears Cryptsy ...
