Definitely addressing an existing problem.
How does it actually "enforce" food quality?
If it enforces from the "supply chain + authenticity of product" angle, how does it differentiate from other projects that are supply chain specific?

Hello! Thank you for your question. Project's aim is to track the documents and data authenticity, and also supply chain. We are fighting for quality food. We are trying to increase products verifications. Our goal is to create community, that would discuss quality and data verification. We are working on the metric, due to the Ecos system it would be possible to make a claim if data is not authentic. Our orientation is directed to the work with laboratory and the government. We help to prevent counterfeit and bureaucracy. |

It seems like success of the project would depend on suppliers (farmers) compliance with project guidelines to accurately record and share data of the harvest and such. Unless you get govt backing on something like this why would they comply? Extra cost for them.
