i think that is a good idea dash has done that  i can speak of Venezuela they hold conferences  , teach people about blockchain technology gets them involved in dash . they also started dash for  entrepreneur to give incentives  so they sell their products with dash instead of the local devaluated currency . we should do this with DeepOnion starting with countries that have high levels of inflation they  will adapt to using onions quickly .
