I upgraded my wallet, having some sync problems. long sync and not connected to TOR network, how do you fix it?

It will definitely start synching after you do it. You must do it before April 2, 2018.

Faced similar problems after upgrading to the latest wallet and the fix which you pointed out solved my problem. I really like how quickly the DeepOnion developers fix problems without any delays which shows how dedicated they are towards this project. Good to know that DeepOnion provides a greater degree of anonymity now thanks to stealth addresses. Am anxiously waiting for VoteCentral at the moment since I liked the early looks of this feature. Deeppoints would most probably come back through VoteCentral since many members including me want to revive it.

i did a fresh install of the wallet . It started about 1 hour ago and now is at 25%. So i think it will take 4 hours more or less to fully sync

Just be patient - syncing of wallets can sometimes take quite a while. Just relax and wait for it to complete. Any time invested in Onions is time VERY well spent. Looking forward to some 100k + sat Onions again in a month or two
