I don't think price will rise so much soon  , I think the whole crypto world has entered a bearish market period, we should be proud of what DeepOnion has achieved in so less time, it's not even a year, I do think price will increase but 1000 $ is not realistic in the mid term period (1-2 years). I'll be naturally glad to be contradicted by the facts  . |

Received mine too. I agree with this deeponion is showing a lot of potentials to be one of the best privacy coin and it doesn't stop until they reach the top. Lots of achievements already in fee months that we can be proud of. |

I had to be on this page.....name says it all.... still I would like to bring attention of everyone that as a community we are HODLERS and our belief is growing.  you called it :-) anyway, i see deepsend would be an option, i guess it will be priced more in terms of transaction fee because you can see it like a premium service: right? i would pay for it, because privacy is really important, and it is good to have options |

Will DeepSend become active by default, so users can disable it if they want, or will it be the opposite? I saw some posts that were paddling into muddy waters claiming that CoinX is superior because it is private by default, which does make sense, as not all users are aware about enabling DeepSend before sending a transaction.
I prefer to have it set to Enabled by default and user can disable it if they want to pay less fee. Also, given the potential of growth when DeepSend is activated, I think it will be more appealing to reduce the Tx fee to 0.0005 and set the DeepSend fee at 0.0005, so when both are enabled, it will be the current 0.001 fee. When the price surges beyond $5,000 or $10,000 in the future, the fee may be revised again.
Most likely DeepSend will be optional, sender will choose it for sender's anonymity. Otherwise, you would be able to just simply send normally, as you do now. I like the fact that it would be an option. Will it be incentivized? like in the case of masternodes? The increase in transaction fee would suggest the feature is powered by special nodes?? I don't think masternodes are on schedule right now This concerns the publicity of DeepOnion and how will the public look at it. When I said to enable it by default, I didn't mean that it should be forced on all the time. I wanted to shut those who started to point fingers at a potential weakness and not give those with doubt any chance, by shutting the door in their face before they open it. Simple, imagine an interface like this: DeepSend On (default) Off FEE: 0.0005 DeepProtocol On (default) Off FEE: 0.0005 this way, we can be sure that DeepOnion can be called "A Privacy Coin by Default". If we did that, no one can ever say DeepOnion is inferior because CoinX or CoinY enabled user privacy by default. Also, remember that a lot of users might not know what is DeepSend and DeepProtocol, even if a mouse tooltip is incorporated with the description, some novice users may just send a transaction thinking it is anonymous by default. This is important to consider. Also, masternodes, as I said before, are a potential compromise for an anonymous coin. If privacy is your target, make your project independent from any entity that may cause a vulnerability. PoS reward of 1% is a good reward for all (unlike masternodes which is a profit model for few only). Imagine staking 1% every year when $ONION = $1000, everyone hodling is a winner. These are some very valid points. Especially having DeepSen and DeepProtocol on by default. I imagine vote central would be like this, people making arguments and the community voting. |

To much speculation in my opinion, we are in a bearish market and until the full market recovers I don't think we can expect the price to rise a lot. I'd be happy to see the price recover to $10 first and take it from there. |
