Do I need to sell all alts?

Why don't you sell some of your altcoins, then buy a bitcoin, because as of now the price of bitcoin is very low, rry to hodl it for the next few months or years, it'll be worth to keep. Then hodl also your remaining altcoins and wait until the price goes up. Still it depends on you what your going to do.

For ms it depends on how comfortable the price is and also it depends on you. If you notice that the price of each coins is getting low then you must wait for the time you must keep it and not sell it but if the price is getting high then thats the time for you to sell your coins.

In my opinion, hold it first because right now Bitcoin is not stable at the same time also Altcoins but if you are confident enough that you already have that profit then sell it out. But I can say you can also miss out the jackpot if the Bitcoin become stable again sooner or later and rise to your set target. You should start selling your altcoin if you didn't even bother to do your own research about the altcoin you are holding. Asking question like that means you didn't do your own diligence to make an investigation on your coin portfolio. Bitcoin is started to be bullish and once it goes up, there is no coming back.
