As of the current status of bitcoin, I don't think that it will reach 1 trillion in this year may be 1 million to 5 million will do. OP discusses the total capitalization of bitcoin and not the price, so we must not misinterpret those things. |

The whole market cap will easily be 1 trillion in the next few weeks.
For the bitcoin alone it will take longer but eventually it will be the case too if nothing major appear to break BTC. Maybe at the end of the year, with lot of "classic" investors coming this year and more and more particulars who will invest a little ont the "safest" coin. Could hit the trillion in less than 12 months.

That is very possible since the rise of bitcoins market price lured more and more people to invest on it and with that, it helps bitcoin's market cap to balloon even bigger. lf the demand continues to rise, then having a 1Trillion market capitalization is attainable before the year ends.

If there isa prediction that they says that the market value of bitcoin will reach one trillion dollars, I think it is a win-win situation which the company and the investors itself will benefit at the end.
The investors will have more earnings since the market value of bitcoin is raising so high resulting to a good impact on the company's image and popularity in the industry.

Maybe it will hit 1 trillion this 2018 because has many fork, and if many of the user hold their bitcoin the price will start to increase.

Well it is true we are here to talk about own capital of investment but most of time people use to discuss about price of bitcoin they are thinking and sharing here with us. So it is good because discussion about price will guide people to use bitcoin and to make it useful. While buying anything we must think about profit and price at priority, so in 2018 bitcoin price will be very high and it will give them high profit buying today and holding for long. |

It is possibly that btc whole market cap will hit trillion in 2018 if btc rise same like in 2017.i think btc will hit trillion before end of this year because many new investors came to the cryptocurrency field and it will cause to rapid rise of btc

No it will not hit trillion. Now it sure it will not exceed 12k dollars if quick money transfers. lighting network are not implemented in bitcoin.
People will move to other better currencies if bitcoin will not improve.

In 2018, perhaps the total market value of all crypto money can exceed 1 trillion dollars. This goal can be achieved. But I think it would be a bit exaggerated to pass 1 trillion dollars of market value of bitcoin in 2018.

I think the highest price bitcoins can achieve this year is around $70,000 per bitcoin. I think it is a bit of an underestimation considering how much bitcoins cost now and how it moves fast from 1 price to another, but consider a lot more competition and forks as well. |

If you are talking about the total marketcap, then yes, it will. But the price of one bitcoin will never be one trillion, if that is what you meant, LMAO. But we are so near to 1 trillion for the total marketcap right now, it might reach it in a few months from now. Total crypto marketcap is about to hit 1 trillion 2018 is going to be a big year !

$1 Trillion is too farfetched. Very unlikely that it will happen to bitcoins in 2018. Maybe the nearesy possible it will reach this 2018 is $225,000. Since bitcoins increased by 15x in the past year, maybe the same pattern can be said this 2018. Let's wair and see for ourselves. |

It is really unrealistic target and if we see at the current decreasing price of the bitcoins then it is quiet proved that the bitcoins will face more and more trouble in the coming months. We as a community should continue to support the bitcoins in order to keep the price stable.

If the network congestion problem is fixed and transaction fee is less (like before) it will be great ,btc will reach new heights soon
