ICO or buy later on exchange ?

I do not buy ICOs. As for me, now it is useless. The price of a coin falls sharply after listing. This means that we have a better chance to buy the necessary coins.

buying potential coins that have just been released in exchange may be preferred now. because of seeing prices falling badly usually when the start is registered, it becomes a good investment and short trading strategy. we can get cheaper coin prices even from ICO prices.

I think you should invest after it is listed on the exchange because there are many projects after being listed on their exchange prices lower than ICO prices. So we have investment opportunities with a better price and no need to wait through ICOs. I prefer buying later on exchange, You may find many projects that have ideas but have failed to use them, And you can through the exchanges to find the volume of circulation of this coin, including to decide if this coin good to invest and have traders or not, There are a lot of projects that make the ICO and they give a bonuses for the investors at good prices but after that you will find the coins prices have become very small and did not earn them profits because of the failure of the project, You should choose the project you invest in carefully .

The best strategy now is buy on exchange, ICO price is not possible once traded in exchange due to lots of reasons, one reason is that the bounty hunters will dump, so you can take advantage on that, other one is if investors will panic, again that gives opportunity.
