What I think will be useful is to expand the team with someone who can read and write good English. Who does the communication and possibly distributes news in English. But had read that they are following English lessons. That is already a good thing. in my opinion, this is an indicator of a good approach to developing your own product. some teams complete development in two months, and then they have a poor quality product. it’s better to let it be so, i think. |
