Because MtGox price is for USD you can't withdrawal. Not really useful for anything other than saying "look at the high number". I am pretty sure bitpay price is ~= bitstamps price.

Holy Moses, so that's how they get some extra money by overcharging on shipping? There's no way shipping to EU costs $750 . Shipping inside the US gives the option "Next Day Air Saver (UPS): $48.57" It should not cost ten times that to ship to the EU !?

Hi John and Simon, I understand You're busy trying to negociate with UPS and have little time. I would still like you to reply to a couple questions, if possible. If not, could I pre-order the answers, please ? PS : Stock is growing thin! Only 471 units now! Take a picture before you're out, else people might accuse you of selling pre-orders

[OVER] RIDDLES 2nd edition --- this was claimed. Look out for 3rd edition! I won't ever ask for a loan nor offer any escrow service. If I do, please consider my account as hacked.

Holy Moses, so that's how they get some extra money by overcharging on shipping? There's no way shipping to EU costs $750 . I guess UPS charges fees based on hashing power now. are you guys F*cking serious? That's about 3X the price. Company to seems to want to rape customers as much as I can. No credit cards, shipping outrageous. I'm glad I am passing on this one, good luck everyone. Edit: KnC Miner Shipping price: $ 136.80 (US) You are Right on the spot ---->

Can anybody offer insight on these questions: miner questions - power (standard 110 US voltage & plug)? - liquid cooled - does this have specific environmental requirements (meaning - can I run this in my basement...) - "solely for use in commercial environments" - how do you define commercial environment? I've been finding answers to the other questions I have

In related news, Avalon Gen2 chips will go on sale for immediate delivery (no pre-orders) at mid October 2013. http://www.avalon-asics.com/We will take this time to fulfill a promise to announce the next generation chip 2 month ahead of schedule so potential buyers can make a decision. Soon we will be disabling the pre-order of Avalon Gen1 chips and only sell the remaining stock as we phase out old technology for a new 55nm, which goes on sale for immediate delivery at mid October 2013. This 55nm will retain the same physical dimension as the 110nm Gen1, only few pads were changed so getting them up and running requires very little change to existing design. In addition, there is 2 more chip designs in the pipeline, we have decided to proceed developing Gen3 and Gen4 in parallel due to the long R&D time of low processor nodes, both of these will be a Full Custom ASIC design. The ASIC space is really heating up now...

If Avalon continues their usual process... they will ship one box really fast, and then make everyone wait 6 weeks for the next 10 boxes.

The problem is it'll take some time to get those chips onto PCBs, even if they get the chips out on time it'll take a couple weeks to get them hashing. Still could potentially destroy HashFast's profitability depending on the price. Apparently they claim to have 800k chips = 280Th/s sitting in customs, enough boost the difficulty by about 19 million alone.

So back to the topic of the actual Baby Jet hardware ( I believe everything else has been discussed in the other hashfast threads, please keep this thread related to the Baby Jet):
- Is the unit a self contained mining unit? If not, please detail how one would connect to this device. If so, please let us know what is controlling the mining and what type of connections, i.e. Ethernet, wireless, telepathy?

I've been finding answers to the other questions I have Power supply will handle both 110-120 and 220-240V AC. Cable / plug shipped will be USA. The liquid cooling system is completely sealed and maintenance free, it can be used anywhere. Due to the long time it takes to get FCC approval for residential use we cannot sell this unit for residential use. This unit is for use in commercial environments only.

On the one hand someone might want to let these guys know their their plan to remove the stock water blocks and try to oil cool their units will probably destroy them. On the other hand, at this point I'd kind of like to see them do it.
