i think the token distribution is unreasonable, 18% to the advisors is too much and i dont think these 3 advisors deserve this, for most projects, the advisors fee is 1% for each

I think not. Right now we have a boom of ICO, too many good projects to invest your money in Bitcoin's fork coin. Much better to invest in ICO like Essentia, it is potentially more profitable, I guess.

team will be able to finish it (hint: maidsafe) and this is broader in scope
