My opinion is that the team is clever enough not to waste 1-2M$ per one big exchange for the rush listing and keep negotiating with them, for sure it takes much more time
Secondly, it's summer now, there are no good conferences or events, they all will be taking place starting from September, as always, so the team will have a tight roadshow in autumn
So, they are totally concentrated on the development part meanwhile, to prepare everything to the new "crypto season" and as for me it's a very smart decision

Indeed...recent study shown that $1 invested into bounties bring back only about $8-$20 in ICO, totally not worth it...although, after Essentia cut bounty rewards
by 66%, it seems that it somehow backfired, when you look at current price

As for referrals and our tokens there is none available.

There is no fiat option to buy the tokens so you will need to trade either Bitcoin or Ethereum for the tokens.

There is no referral system in place for purchasing ESS tokens, I am sorry to inform you. As for cash, there is no Fiat trading pair so you would not be able to purchase tokens with cash, what you will need to do instead is trade them for Bct or Eth.
