Your system is being built and works pretty well but please pay more attention on resolving withdraw requests. My withdraw request always takes a long time to get an approval. Moreover, successful withdrawals couldn't be found on blockchain, making us so confused.

Absolutely not. I started to invest in Etherbanking in October 2017 and platform was PERFECT. Time passed and investors became a huge number, so the platform started to suffer overload. Etherbanking upgraded the system 1st of February 2018 and many of the problem of the past are solved, unfortunately not all, but they are working hard night and day. You can see something is changing any day, any hour. Of course cryptomarket falling is not good for any company involved, especially when lending is one of the services.

Etherbanking is not simply a lending investment. Lending is only the first of several financial services that system will supply when complete. Now they are in ICO moment, project is not finished, just started.

If you visit Github you can see with your eyes works they are doing. In february they stopped to pay by Btc. I think that this is good for long term because if they send out 3 times the bitcoin they should pay if the value was the same of december, company could loose too much, they pay by Ethereum instead that is better for transaction times and fees (when you are going to move around your money when received). If you look to Github you will discover that they are working to upgrade their Bitcoin wallet to have better service when payment by Bitcoin will restart. Probably they are testing the new wallet and why not, waiting Bitcoin value comes a little up.

Now some members tried to do a fraud, selling accounts and writing to support to rehave back, telling someone stealed their password. This is BAD. People that buy accounts from other members could be banned from the company that can't understand they were right. This could take legal actions and destroy the entire project, loosing millions for investors too. So they need to take an hard choose: let the investors continue to withdraw their money and risk legal actions and bad reputation or stop all withdraws untill members profile are verified. The choose is not simple because both of them will not do all the members happy. They choosed to be unhappy today but protect the longterm project.

Money are not loosed, we can always exchange $ gained in Ethereum every day, we can accumulate them on the account and withdraw all whenever our profile will be verified. How much time does the verifying of the profile will take? Nobody knows but probably it will take several weeks. This is not a problem of Etherbanking alone, Spectrocoin and Coinbase take several weeks to verify documents, it's normal because a lot of new people is starting to use cryptos and companies need to upgrade their structures.

I am accumulating Ethereum on my account and reinvesting to have more EBC coins too. Tried to withdraw 1 EBC coin before the stop for selfie verifying and it works, now I have 1 EBC on my ebcwallet!

1. Only the passport's cover is uploaded, without any content
2. Only the 1st side of Personal documents is uploaded.

4. The country code is incorrect, users used default country (Canada) instead of correct country.

I have my documents verified but not the selfie yet and I can withdraw any day my interest, not in eth or btc like a couple of monthes ago but in ebc. I have invested in this project because i liked the lending system, now as everyone knows that you have ended the lending system and have also stopped withdrawal of the daily profit in form of BTC and ETH, only option which is left over to withdraw the daily profit is in form EBC coins. as everyone is aware of the current price of EBC on the exchange it is not profitable for me to withdraw my daily profit in EBC and sell it on the exchange.

Kindly let me know when are we going to be allowed to withdraw the daily profit in form of BTC or ETH, if it is not possible to withdraw then kindly give back my invested money and close this topic here.

The project is shit..no proper communication and commitment from developers..i am unable to withdraw any profit  from the day i have invested..they just lured people to invest in there project by giving false commitments. they expect people to withdraw there daily profit @ 15.105 USD and convert the EBC on exchange @ 0.0024 ETH which is around 2 USD. that is the big problem... at 15$ conversion rate they are simply not paying our earned interests.... now ico has ended... there is no reason to keep this pegged price... it should be market price .... the project is running for other aspects ... but this conversion rate it's a big shadow on the platform.... early investors deserve a better and fair treatment

... well... not totally correct.... people are selling at the market price... that is the price buyers are disposed to pay... for now..sure... $15 it 's an arbitrary price.... the market it 's another price ($1).... so no sense to keep $15 on dashboard
binance coin it's a very good example... its price is $14.... but it's a real market price... not pegged price
about converting $ to btc & eth.... i was not talking about this.... but of eth and btc deposited on our  etherbanking wallets and stuck there for no evident reason... that is not fair...
the other progresses about ebc ecosystem seams to be a good thing... not talking bad about it...

Still i dont understand what wrong have the investor done who have invested in lending system, i understand there were lucky investor who brought the coin at $0.01 and now they are selling at $1 but it has nothing to do with the lending system, this system got attracted to investors because it was giving out payouts in BTC and ETH.

Ether-banking team has to find out some different solution which will benefit the investors who have got involved in their lending system.

One solution would be transferring the payout in EBC at the current exchange rate and having an lock in period for those coin so that risk of selling out those coins will minimized, In this way there will win win situation for both investor and company.

I hope that developer team of EBC have an access to this forum and reads each and every comments.

Yes it should be so, but remember that stupid lending systems are crashed down all today because the fall of the market.

Etherbanking could easily stop to pay daily interest and close the site, like the other lending system.

Now they are paying ONLY by their proprietary coin, EBC. And for now it's not convenient to sell them any day to have some $.

But try to calculate what will happen if this plan have success, and all your daily interest are paid by Ebc at 15$ rate. Try to calculate what it will happen to your wallet when this coin value will be 30$?

You will have gained the double of what you was gaining before, with Btc or Eth daily payment, right?

Click on "MYEBC Connection" and put in the email address that you used to register your Myebc account (and exchange login).
