Education is very important to everyone nowadays.
Without education, it is difficult for having to find a job with a high salary. Most of the company today are searching an employee with a good educational background that is why education is a must.

Yeah, but im not sure if the competitive doctrination, the unquestionable submission to authorities, the "dont ask such questions" and all consequences of a school Life is such thing as a "must-have".

I have three reasons to support this point.

Firstly, a person who wants to have a good career must be not just well experienced but also intelligent. University is something like the centre of information, where a student spend many time studying important things about his subject and themes, connected with it. Despite of popularity of the Internet, some sparse specific materials are available only at the University libraries. Moreover, University is the place where a student can meet a huge amount of competent people among the teaching staff and other students.

Secondly, I am sure that relationships are the essential condition in making a good career. Studying at the university, we find many new friends connected with our future profession. It is possible that some of them will be directors of big corporations or take management positions in government. From this point of view, today’s friends from the university may become future partners or the people who can help in solving some problems.

Finally, the University provides us with very important skill in studying new subjects. For example, in my technical university some teachers prefer to just give us the reading materials and to explain the hardest parts of it instead of force us to write the full course of lectures. And in the exam we should show them that we have understood this course perfectly. It is good experience in the self-studying. As a result, when I wanted to get a job related to economics, it took me just a week to know about this subject more than enough to pass quite a hard interview.

Depends on what youre trying to do, for a doctor yeah I'd say it is, but you can generally do well in other industries without higher education.

As we know that education gives us rational, logical and abroad mind. Education plays an important role in our life. It gives how to mingle with others, how to behave with others "a person who gets a good education will become a good citizen". Education makes a man a right thinker and good decision maker. It is said that without education a man is just like an animal. Education is not about only getting good marks, good grades and getting degrees from university. Education is about having knowledge of something. For Example:A farmer can be educated if he has knowledge of seeds, farm, crops etc. He will be successful if he has good knowledge about farming.

In today's competitive world education is necessary for human after food, clothing and shelter.

Depends on where we stand. Education is something acquired in and out of the classrooms and we need a bit of both to survive. When people focus on the success stories of some people like Bill Gates and co and tell you how they were successful even though they were drop outs, they often don't tell you how they had their basic foundation and a vision. If you want to know the value of education, look at people who had wealth but squandered it all.

I don't see any reasons why an individual should not be educated? Imagine the competencies that an employer would choose if most of his applicants are not educated. Let's say doctor, if I would be the dean of medicine, I personally can't hire a person because of just experience.

I don't think someone would let you do surgery for them with them knowing you don't formally went to med school.

We learn theories in school but we apply those theories in real life. I believe yes, it is still an advantage for us to have enough education. However, there are still lucky people who succeeded in life even without having a degree. I believe that experience and skills matters most in order for us to strive better and reach our goal better and easier. There are undergraduate people who are richer than those who have a master's degree.
