Ada, Verge, Dogecoin, and some exchange tokens are my major holds. But then, don't just invest blindly without carrying out a good research. In all, I think moving with the waves is far better than holding, especially in this era of crypto unpredictability.

It seems to me that this year we will not see such growth, even one of the altcoins. The market has not yet recovered, and it is difficult to believe that it will soon be able to recover.

I think it is more appropriate and potentially rising high is ethereum, ethereum classic, litecoin and ripple. it can happen until the end of 2018 because they are needed for the long term and if you feel the profit is enough for you you can also sell because waiting for it to happen also not just a year or two could happen next month or another week because crypto doesn't know and indeed they are worth investing.

Do Golem, Nem, DGB, Siacoin have that potential in them?

I'm currently in love with pivx and the community. Much more so than dash. But i'm realistic and feel it's a coin that tries too many shiny new things. As I can't judge the code quality I choose to go with the relentless focus on one single feature, that monero has. But this is just my method of navigating in a world where everyone is smarter than me.
(But as I said, because I like the community because shiny new things might become battle-tested one day, I might buy some. Wanted to when the office dipped below 1 usd, but hadn't money to invest then... Now just watching the price. I obviously think monero should be number 2 or 3 in market cap of 1 year from now and Pivx should at least be in top 10 in a few years).

To invest in alts now is to ensure that one is really buying the bottom hence you end up buying and point A, watch it rise to point F and end up selling at point B.

In my opinion I think projects like EOS, TRX will go a long way and they are worth a try if you really want to invest in crypto

It will come to the third quarter already but the market is still not yet recovering, I do not know how long my investment will stand, because I see that everyday its getting lower and lower. My investment got lost more that 50% already and I don't think it can still be recovered. |

We cannot simply predect that but sometimes goes like that some are more early like 6 months from the time they finsih the ICO. In some old coins you have to be flixible because some are takes more than a year to pump and some are still stable it depends on the products they have.

Few things which my experience teaches me are, dont just sit on your alts, keep on reviewing them time to time, HODL will not always give you great returns. To get potentially huge returns it all depends upon your entry point, accumulate, buy when they are really blood red and hodl till the time they turn for a reversal, understand TA and market sentiments. This makes the answer not easy, a particular alt, nope, none can give you 100x return in an year if you dont review them on time. |

Hi guy. Id just read your thread today, its a long time from Jan, huh? From this week to the end of 2018, altcoins will be pumped, I think, strongly. My favourites coin is SC , other coins as you listed I do not interest much (Maybe because I do not search much about those coins). As my research, SC will be a coin of the year. Make 100 times untill in the end of this year is hard, only possible to make up to 10 times profit. In my opinion altcoin will possible to make 10 times profit untill end of this years is NANO, STORM, AION, NXT because this coin was dumped more than 1/10 so the price has chance to going up to the peak again when bullish trend coming.
